Stop screwing up working versions just for the sake of change

You don't need to keep adding new things, because you keep screwing up old things in the process. The email used to work reliably; now random parts of a conversation go to spam, and the search function fails to find half of the things that include the search term. YOUR AI DOES NOT WORK RIGHT so stop forcing it on us until you get it right.

    I can only see HALF of my emails.... with that stupid thing on the right side. GO BACK to the old one.

    I cannot stand the adds as am unable to read my emails and it is imposing. I am getting out of AOL unless you remove them.

    Do you listen to us at all or just keep messing things up?
    I have been using aol mail since 1996 years. It is not the same
    aol that I started with then. Bring back our 'near perfect' AOL mail.

    Clicked on "GO BACK TO CLASSIC EMAIL" and still have the new updated **** that apparently I am now FORCED to have. It's going to take some time but I am leaving AOL for good and changing my primary email to another more reliable source.

    The uncontrollable SPAM and disgusting emails are out of control!!! Instead of upgrading emails…FIX the real issues!
    Never had problems like that with original email 🤬

    If it's not broken, please don't fix it. I hate the new upgrade, very annoying. Keep it up, I'll switch my primary email to another and toss AOL in the trash.

    Now you have a very annoying ad to upgrade to a another level of AOL. This AOL is BAD. Fix it and go back to the old AOL or I am making gmail my go to.

    What's email if there is no email! the whole screen is being taken over by adds. ridiculous. You use to be able to put in order by name, that was an awesome feature, I would love to have that back. I can do a search, but it brings up other names, mixed in as well.

    Je veux juste un e-mail classique. Je l’ai depuis 1995. Je ne peux pas gérer le changement, ne gâchez pas ce qui fonctionne déjà.
    Je veux également que tout soit traduit en francais car il arrive très souvent que les textes ne soient pas traductible

    I prefer the font to be arial or something like it. Modern wide is fine too. I don't like Times New Roman for my inbox.

    This change is awful. Updated today and I am very confused and totally lost in email. Please switch me back to classic email ASAP!!

    I have already cancelled one of three paid accounts, and getting ready to cancel the 2nd.
    The ability to pop out an email or a draft while browsing the inbox was a great feature that set it apart from gmail and other services -- you need to get it back.
    I have a large number of distribution lists -- you can't search the contact list for a particular name.
    You can't capture the raw addresses from an email except one by one.
