An error occurred while saving the comment EDMUND KING commentedWould someone from AOL care to comment as to why all these negative comments are being ignored.
An error occurred while saving the comment EDMUND KING commentedNot one positive comment and yet the new AOL continues unabated. No doubt the gang that came up with this farce will think that if they ignore it for long enough then the complaints will go away. Well they will but only because the users have gone.
An error occurred while saving the comment EDMUND KING commentedWhat is the point of this feedback page ? The first lot of comments - nearly all were negative were removed. the second lot again nearly all negative. Yet AOL persevere with this new system which is very poor. So many users have either given up completely or now have 2 e-mails. The people who designed this - do they remember when Coca Cola improved Coke - hmm that went well.
An error occurred while saving the comment EDMUND KING commentedThe adverts have proved unpopular. Well the latest advert feed that AOL think I want is the following
Famous Stars and Their First R-Rated Movies
Now call me Old Fashioned and Over Sensitive but I really did not need this and would not really look at it. Not exactly targeted advertising
An error occurred while saving the comment EDMUND KING commentedPerhaps Tech Support would like to comment on this Thread and explain
A) The benefits of this new e-mail
B) Why they are not taking notice of the comments posted by the users of the new e-mail system. An error occurred while saving the comment EDMUND KING commentedThe previous thread has @ 14,000 comments and this has now vanished (The comment from NancyAnn highlights this very clearly). These comments and the current one highlights the difficulties (not glitches) that users are experiencing. These are genuine concerns and not moans for the sake of moaning. A number of users have stated they are migrating to alternative platforms. Yet Product Support have ignored this, there has been no change to the e-mail system. By admitting that they have goofed and re-instate the old system is not a sign of weakness, it is a sign of maturity to admit a mistake.
An error occurred while saving the comment EDMUND KING commentedWhat happened to the previous No 1 Thread ?
Change it back to the old system. AOL have been gathering feedback for over a year. Non positive. What is wrong with the people that run AOL ?
