Classic with Dark Mode Complaint - Please Fix It So Your System Works!
Your system experiment has been a failure. It is terrible. Here is why:
No dark mode unless we change our system which screws up Power Point, Word and Excel. They have separate options where needed. You system is pathetic.
You put the attachments on the bottom when we write mail which is great, but we need to go to the bottom of the incoming e-mail to see what was attached.
About 80% of the time you cannot download a attachment. I need to send my AOL mail to a Outlook account to see the dam AOL attachments.

Another Change!!!!
OH GOD, people are still complaining about the last time (last year?) you made changes and now you've done it again! The main color is yellow? Then on my phone, at the bottom, there was a 'settings' icon that I could tap and be able to switch between e-mail addresses. Now it's gone, but fortunately, I discovered if I tap on my initial at the top of the e-mail page, the settings icon appears, and I can switch my addresses from there.

Why is AOL so horrible when it comes to its inabilty to connect to the server. Every day, it happens multiple time over multiple devices. Internet is strong and Gmail connects in 2 seconds. AOL continues to be stuck in the 80s

Create a filter for for spoofed email: AOL knows those emails are spoofs so DON'T deliver them..
AOL headers clearly reveal when a spammer spoofs a recipient's email address. STOP DELIVERING SPOOFS!
It's embarrassing that a client has to reveal such common sense discrepancies to you -- especially at $30 / month.

Informed Delivery again going to SPAM folder
Received Informed Delivery in SPAM., again, Response from USPS after contacting them.
It appears you or your email provider marked the Informed Delivery emails as SPAM. We requested from your email provider the removal of that designation.
If you send even one USPS email to SPAM all subsequent emails will go to SPAM.
You should start seeing emails with images in a few days.
In the future you will need to reach out to your email provider for assistance. The program they use is for SPAM block is called MailGun. They have the capability to turn this on or off. …376th ranked -
Body of Email Forwarded to Multiple Recipients Vanishes
Emails forwarded to multiple recipients send without the body of the original content. Attempts to resend these emails with the content intact is blocked by AOL's systems protocols that prevent emails forwarded to large number of recipients from being sent for at least an hour. This is very frustrating.

give me back my inbox and get rid of the **** new old mail ****. I have emails that must tie together and always going to find them in the old mail is crazy. Why make something that was so easy more difficult. so many things in life are hard but this was just stupid to do to people when we did not ask for it. I want one inbox and message to stay there until I DECIDE TO GET RID OF THEM. I GUESS I WILL JUST SWITCH TO ANOTHER EMAIL SYSTEM SINCE YOU WON'T FIXIT.

Cant' drag emails between folders anymore because the folder list keeps moving when you drag the cursor to the list.
Stop the folder list from moving around.
