The Agenda and ToDo list are good additions, and I use them a lot. It would be helpful if I could print the ToDo list as a stand-alone.
Asking for an "Improvement" and then responding with a request for the idea is rather redundant.

AOL IS NOT HELPFUL AT ALL. THEY ARE NASTY! THE PEOPLE THEY HAVE WORKING THERE ARE HORRIBLE AND NO HELP AT ALL.
I would try giving the few people who still use aol some actual help when you service is NOT functioning. I bet you guys do this on purpose in order to get your customers to pay money. Since we have had no support from aol we are working on recovering our emails and switching to Gmail. Good job aol.

Night Landscape Theme
This theme was once part of Yahoo Mail, and is no longer there...why? Why did Yahoo get rid of themes for basic mail? Themes alone is enough for me to leave Yahoo Mail for good...thanks AoL...thanks for giving people what they want, unlike Yahoo, who's become too cheap to provide the basics.

You verify my AOL with a code you send to my Gmail of which you have no control. I have had the same AOL address for over 25 years.

Another Change!!!!
OH GOD, people are still complaining about the last time (last year?) you made changes and now you've done it again! The main color is yellow? Then on my phone, at the bottom, there was a 'settings' icon that I could tap and be able to switch between e-mail addresses. Now it's gone, but fortunately, I discovered if I tap on my initial at the top of the e-mail page, the settings icon appears, and I can switch my addresses from there.
QUIT THE CHANGES! It's bad enough that you don't announce changes. Just go back to the original e-mail,…913th ranked -
Connecting to Server
Why is AOL so horrible when it comes to its inabilty to connect to the server. Every day, it happens multiple time over multiple devices. Internet is strong and Gmail connects in 2 seconds. AOL continues to be stuck in the 80s

Informed Delivery again going to SPAM folder
Received Informed Delivery in SPAM., again, Response from USPS after contacting them.
It appears you or your email provider marked the Informed Delivery emails as SPAM. We requested from your email provider the removal of that designation.
If you send even one USPS email to SPAM all subsequent emails will go to SPAM.
You should start seeing emails with images in a few days.
In the future you will need to reach out to your email provider for assistance. The program they use is for SPAM block is called MailGun. They have the capability to turn this on or off. …394th ranked -
Remove that top-line ad in email inbox list.
The top-line/moving ad causes me to routinely delete the wrong emails in my inbox - driving me crazy. I've no doubt missed important emails. What an awful place to force an ad. Do you really mean to irritate us every time we try to read mail?

Body of Email Forwarded to Multiple Recipients Vanishes
Emails forwarded to multiple recipients send without the body of the original content. Attempts to resend these emails with the content intact is blocked by AOL's systems protocols that prevent emails forwarded to large number of recipients from being sent for at least an hour. This is very frustrating.

I couldn't transfer any email from yahoo.com to check my email
I am not happy with this i lost all my important email and information also need to know even new updates from other websites! i don't want to do aol.com or yahoo.com!
