Do not allow the vulgar filthy spam emails to get near a mailbox.
Please AOL do not ask for feedback if you continue to ignore them. AOL can be improved by stopping the continuation of the vulgar; filthy spam emails that are sent daily. it is not enough to say that they go into the spam email. These abhorrent spam emails should be filtered and not allowed into the customers mailbox. I have written about this issue to AOL several times. Instead of AOL stopping this garbage from reaching the mailbox they are increasing daily. Currently, there are so many of the filthy spam e-mails that since only 500 could be accommodated in…

I have to reboot my laptop after logging in because too much data is loaded and it crashes Chrome and ever other open program runs slower.
please reduce the amount of data you load when I login to https://mail.aol.com or allow me to turn off certain features.

new format
The new format is horrible. It hides the old mail, making it harder to find or notice. It shrinks windows that you view content in, and then prompts you to pay for an upgrade so you can view it again. I really regret trying the new format. There was no warning that this was irrevocable. Please offer the old format again.

can not even sign in on with the new aol mail
I can not sign in with the new aol email. Need to make the new aol mail backward compatible with old computers/slow connections so I can sign in like I did with the old email.

Supported characters
Please include apostrophes and hyphens as valid characters in user names as these are very often found in names. It's 2026, the internet is advanced enough where my name shouldn't be displaying as "O'Hare" on certain sections of the website.

Problems Help
when I move mail from the new mail folder to the folder files the email says it has moved..
but the mail still stays in the new mail folder and will not leave the new mail floder? If I close aol app and turn off phone then turn phone on the mail will disappear??

The Security and Privacy settings should allow me to automatically mark email as spam based on the country extension, e.g., *@*.de.
When I attempt to include emails as Spam based on the country extension (for example, @.de or @.biz), the Security and Privacy settings will not allow it, saying that it is not a valid email address. Change this to allow it!!

Default Font Size Not Working
My default email font size (in settings) is set to 10 pt. When I type email, it types in 8 pt. Some people tell me that my emails arrive in 4 pt. Why does the default font not work?
