unable to receive email from specific email add. : contact sender and advised to call AOL : advised to white list the email add.
our email server and it reports that aol is dropping your email. It is rejecting the email as from an "Spam Reporting Address".
You need to contact your email service provider and find a way to "white list"

Receipts and packages. This is a security & privacy invasion!
Provide a way to prevent AOL from tracking receipts and packages. There is no way to turn these features off. The package toggle does not work. AOL should not be intrusive into anyones emails. This is not only a security issue, it is also an invasion of privacy and should be the users choice.

the first click in email is fast, but the second click takes a full 60 seconds. The long response time is frustrating

Can't block a numeric ID that uses different domain names
Filling up block list of same numeric ID that uses different domain names.

Incoming email w attach from known sender coming in as possible spam.Mark safe but happens again. Already contacted support. They can't help.

When continuing correspondence through email, why are the messages not coming thru in order of submission?
I have to scroll through all responses and replies to find the most recent communication so I can respond. The messages are not in any chronological or time order. They need to come through with the most recent appearing at the top! It is extremely frustrating!

Former AOL mail allowed for select/deselect messages randomly by clicking cntrl and check box of last group of messages to keep. But now are unable to deselect by holding down cntrl and click last group of check box messages to not keep. I am experiencing this issue while using the new AOL webmail.

Myself and my Wife have Hired a Law Team that will be Suing AOL/Verizon for 4 Million Dollars due to all our Mail and Valuable Family Pictur
We've attempted to have the Pictures and Emails returned but every Customer Service person we contact are total Idiots.... After Working high Finance in NY for many many years we've come to the belief that suing Verizon and AOL may get them on track to getting the Mail and Pictures of fox1955 account back ASAP.. We've brought the case to the Supreme Court and they have approved it since we had no idea we were going to loose personal information and then having no way to get it back... Add a “Reject / Bounce Sender” Option for Persistent Spam
Suggestion:
Please add an optional AOL Mail feature that lets users reject unwanted senders or domains at the server level, so future messages receive a genuine delivery failure indicating the address is unavailable to that sender.
This could be offered alongside Block Sender and Filters, with clear warnings and confirmation before activation. It would be especially useful for persistent spam because the sender would not simply see successful delivery to an active mailbox.
Please consider allowing users to create individual sender or domain-level “Reject/Bounce” rules while keeping their AOL address active for everyone else.

I send an email, and AOL then flags my own email sent by me as unsafe, with no method of me to mark it as safe.

The undo is located in a very poor position when using a browser at the top middle. Consider moving this notice to the far right or left!
The undo a deleted message button covers open tabs. Consider moving this notice to the extreme left or right of the browser OR making this an icon somewhere in a toolbar OR providing a setting to turn this off. Thanks!

When composing mail, when I type a single-digit number in parens like this: (2) which is an essential format for my work, it always converts to the same number in a circle. There is nothing I can do to undo or fix it. In other words, I can't trick it into doing the right thing. This is a weird bug that needs to go ASAP.
