    More than half the population do not use iPhones. The "Scan with iOS device" QR code is useless trash for a massive proportion of users. do better.

    Spam Filter is broken as of late. Nonstop spam emails received (more in Inbox than in Spam folder). The Spam settings/options are also missing now.

    The recent color change of the AOL icon on my iPhone is terrible. Yellow & black is too harsh ... looks like some type of "warning image" not just a nice icon letting me know how to open my AOL app. Hope AOL will consider changing it back to that nice blue & white it always was prior to this change.

  7. STOP redirecting to the news page after sending of emails, just let it go back to inbox like a normal email account or make it optional

    Please stop or make it optional that after sending an email instead of going straight back to the inbox (the natural thing to happen and what other email providers do) you are taken to a news round up page and have to either click 'x' or "back" to get back to the inbox page. It interrupts my mental flow, is bad for RSI injured people or ppl with other hand disabilities (extra needless clicking), bad for workflow and bad for mental health- I personally do not doom scroll or injest news daily.   9. Block emails starting with new-offer

    Block all emails starting with new-offer. I have received 100's and 100's of spam emails, all with different endings, but all starting with new-offer. I don't receive any of these spam emails in Gmail, but 1000's in AOL. Please do a better job of vetting out the garbage.

  10. Changing password every time I log into account

    AOL has a ‘help article’ that is ‘useful’. It is not. I have turned off my VPN when logging in. Which alone is ridiculous, why can’t I use a VPN?

    However I my valid password is still deemed incorrect. I have changed it multiple times. It is not user error. AOL system refuses to hold on to it. 2fv works as long as I don’t try to log in too many times. But logging in that way without a 'correct password' takes way too long, just to sign in. I don’t have this problem with Gmail, Yahoo or Outlook

  15. WHY ARE MY EMAILS IN DAY/WEEK GROUPS?

    Umm Hello? Why are my emails being grouped, when my grouped option, which took me forever to find (horrific new FORCED format) is turned off? I cannot see the screen well or read my emails well with any comfort with them grouped like this. I need one list, no grouping, I have trouble reading "too much" on one screen, it's medical. I DID NOT ASK FOR OR CONCENT to a new version of AOL of any kind, this was FORCED upon me, even though I said "NO" to the newer upgrade." Switch back to your tried and true version that…

  16. Searches should include the SPAM folder

    Numerous important emails have been routinely sent to my SPAM folder.
    The search function didn't identify them. I was forced to sort through HUNDREDS of spam emails to find them.
    Especially annoying is the inability to sort ANY folder by email address, which makes searches MUCH easier

  19. Fix the spam filter

    Every day I find items from Substack contributors I subscribe to in Spam. I dutifully mark them as Not Spam thereby moving them to Inbox, but your system continues to treat subsequent items as Spam. Frankly it’s worse finding legitimate mail in Spam than spam in Inbox.

  20. Why does aol mail always display a new notice to hit next when signing in the says start over. stop changing the way to sign in.

    Fix the app back to the old way of signing in. IT WORKED. Now every time I sign in it says "If your seeing this message click Next. When you do your redirected to a start over page. This is unacceptable with the amount you pay for a service. It should be flawless. And by the way every time this happens if you go back to the home page and click mail you are signed in. Extra steps for nothing. You. should refund every member their money for not providing a service without bugs.
