Return to your "PREVIOUS FORMAT". A "frustrated customer" speaking at you AOL.
Return your wider varied selection of stationary and font.
Increase the size of the emojis to fit the page/letter you're inserting them in. Presently they are so small you can't tell what the emoji is that has been added to the letter or comment.
Your so-called "Large" font in the settings are still difficult to read.
We should be able to increase the size and boldness to what is comfortable for the user.

Make it so I can auto-forward to a different email address
AOL seems to be the only major email service to not allow this. It makes no sense and it causing business issues on my end.

I have to log in Everytime I come to view my mail!
Everytime I click on my AOL tab, to see my mail, I have to login! It’s redundant AND irritating, as I don’t log out!. Please create an option

Custom default writing EM setttings: There is NO DIFFERENCE AT ALL betw Classic, Classic Wide and Garamond. Each exactly the same in the Preview Signature field. MORE VARIETY OF FONTS PLEASE! I always used Georgia. Why has it been dropped?

The calendar used to be easy to use. Now I cannot even get in to put in an appointmnetYour
Go back to your old system....You think you know better...but you dont't You are just looking to make changes. My friends agree. If you really want input... aask peoeple who have been on aol for a long time like 20 years.....but no you all think you know better than us. The old calendar was just fine and I could get into it. Now it will not show.
Go back to your old system. If I have to learn something new I will go to the new provider like g-mail.

Remove the DATEMYAGE Advertisement
Scam website that lures in members then floods email with unsolicited material. I have 'disliked' it and left feedback with no results. All my advertisements are the same: DateMyAge. REMOVE IT PLEASE.

Does AOL strive to make its developers justify their existence by making unneeded changes? Do you ever ask your customers what they want before you make these ridiculous changes? Your new versions are never better - only more confusing!

Fix New AOL to Have Features of Old or Make Classic Email Available
Things I'd liked changed. 1. When trying to delete from Spam and Trash, the Select All doesn’t check all. It only selects what you see. You have to scroll down and click again each time to delete the next group. ANNOYING!
2. Too many headings under Inbox. I would like to remove Starred and Unread.
3. When I click Inbox it doesn’t go back to the top showing the last one I received anymore.
4. After entering address when using Compose, a box called Related Contacts opens. Create option to not have the box appear.

Bring Back Contact editing and display window.
Your Contact arrangement is not friendly to editing and deleting. Your previous contacts & list management method was so superior to your present arrangement.

Not Americans with Disabilities Friendly Email Anymore
Bring back what AOL had before this horrendous mess. It is not disabled Americans Act friendly. I have eye problems and this new layout is a real strain on my eyes. Cannot read email the way I used to. Also, when going down list and marking delete - 90% of the time I have to redo it or delete one at a time. The box to check it off is too small.
Also, my folders that were to the left of my email are somewhere way down at the bottom and it is extremely difficult to get to them. The…481st ranked -

This platform is hard to read, hard to use, it is slow and the search is awful.
Now I have to try to go through every email to find something. I hate this platform, please let us go back but you ruined our ability because when we try to convert back, it is not the same at all. This is terrible, Looks like I will have to go with Gmail this is so terrible.

Autocorrect spelling WHILE TYPING!!!
When are you going to restore autocorrect spelling while typing - the way it was before you imposed this new (most difficult) format on us? My computer settings are and always were on autocorrect spelling while typing. My typing in THIS FIELD is autocorrected while typing. WHY can't you restore it to the message field in the emails? It is extremely undesirable, untimely and frustrating with the current method of correcting spelling before sending - line by line.

SECOND ARTHORIZATION NEEDED
70 here! I would love to know why I have to prove who I am logging onto my puter every nite, same friggen time, nite after nite? Now, I have to lug around my phone to get a code. I do have some memory problems writing down passwords tho. Sorry that I DO NOT make this password as difficult as AOL would like, but most of the time I forget to write them down! This has been going on for a week, really irritates me. Seems like it is full time now.
