  3. im completely unable to get my mail now that you've switched to the "new version" and there is no easy way to switch back to basic version

  4. Email server down? Email unavailable

    I can't access my email. This is unacceptable. It's my main provider. You absolutely can not have your mail servers down for any reason.

  5. fix the website. Totally screwed up. In fact, I just tried to submit this post and got "that page is unavailable"

    Nothing will load, move. page not available, can't fetch...... Am I going to HAVE to switch to Gmail? Can't check any folders. Have you been hacked??????

  7. stop seeing alcohol ads

    I do not want to see ads for alcoholic items. I DO NOT SEARCH for them and do not understand why they pop up on my email screen. How can I stop this?

    Please have members notify when aol automatically signs out the access to the original device if accessing the email from other device, state or country.

  17. I am not getting emails from a mailing list

    I am a member of an external mailing list and am an authorized poster. However, when I send an email to the mailing list, my hosting company shows the forwarded email is sent to the mailing list recipients but they dot get the massage. It seems aol blocks the messages.

  19. deleted email not in recently deleted

    I received an email from no.reply.alerts@chase.com on July 11. On July 13th I deleted the email.....but it is not in my recently deleted email folder. Why?

  20. Block emails starting with new-offer

    Block all emails starting with new-offer. I have received 100's and 100's of spam emails, all with different endings, but all starting with new-offer. I don't receive any of these spam emails in Gmail, but 1000's in AOL. Please do a better job of vetting out the garbage.
