folder navigation
when selecting a mail to move to a folder, pls add A to Z side bar - this will allow users to navigate to folders faster, buy clicking first in the alphabet where the folder name starts with. Useful for users that have many folders for storing emails and for latter part of the alphabets !!

Put Send Option Bar at the top of the screen
Why can't you have an option of where the SEND Tool Bar is located. I would rather have it at the top, than the bottom.

Automatically forward
Forwarding email messages from one AOL account to another AOL account automatically. I have two AOL accounts. One is used for personal, and the other I use as the Treasurer for a non profit. This service is offered by many other (FREE) providers. It is a pain to have to switch between accounts and very frustrating when the technology is available. I could care less about the updated "new Look". Give me something I can use... I'm paying for it!

Why of Why do you present a full page AOL advert at the beginning of each login: Try AOLmail, its free..... but we are already trying it.... we have been using it for donkeys years!!!!

Please go back to the format when we list the email address of the addressee that it stays in their email address and not to their full name
When the last change happened to AOL Mail it changed how the "names" are listed for who we send email to. Instead of listing their email address (much, much more preferable) it changes it to the proper name. Please, please go back to the old format. Seeing the persons email address is so much more important than their proper name.

You don't listen or care.
AOL is for the ancient, nearly dead, geriatric folks. You DON'T care or listen to your customers. Proof is this forum. Can't force anyone to act on an ad even with your new 3x only policy. AOL will die with the ancient crowd.

i want 24 hour clock for all time indications within AOL to match everthing/everybody else.
I want time on posted emails in 24 hour clock, not AM/PM to match everything else on my machine.

Make trash icon more visible, because if it's there somewhere, I sure don't see it!
I would like to be able to be able to clear the trash bin after spending lots of time permanently deleting old emails. How does one go about this? Why do I not see a trash icon so I can easily do this?

It would be nice to have a column to add a brief note to a selected email, for my own reference.

Easier deletion of old emails
Suggestions:
1. Easier way to submit suggestions! (I was directed here from your Facebook site because I could not find it on AOL email)
2. On advanced search with date provide: date / search for emails older than number of days. This would be helpful for example to delete any email older than 100 days. This would help us to clean up old emails and save you on storage.
3. You might even want to put this feature on folders to automatically delete emails older than some number of days.394th ranked -

loosing email a new feature of AOL new improved mail service!
That is right AOL's new improved mail now looses you email on certain devices. Just when you think we could not make our service worse just wait and well prove we can make it worse.

Fix the log in interface
When I log into my paid account the first thing I get is an ad for free AOL mail. I have to click though that screen to finish logging in. It's annoying and a waste of time.

your "help" is really stupid
your "help" is really stupid. I searched about "how to attach an email to the one I'm composing". the first item i get back is about resetting passwords. The others aren't any better.

priority senders
Would like to be able to designate certain contacts as "Favorite contacts" and then see emails from "Favorite contacts" at the top of inbox. Alternatively, the ability to toggle the Inbox view between "Favorite Contacts" and "All Contacts"
