  1. I stopped getting mail today. This happens about once a year but this time I can’t fix it. How can I get help? I have had AOL for many years

    Don’t quit my service every year! I am elderly and don’t know how to start getting my mail when you stop sending it! Please help!

    1.You send me a text to prove it is me but you have somehow kept my email and password saved and I CANNOT delete it; 2. So ANYONE can access my email. YOU SUCK

  4. Right Click no longer includes "Block Address"

    Will you please give us the tools to block SPAM? The right click does not work on many of the spam addresses

  5. Why am I suddenly getting a lot of spam emails? I've created filters for them to go straight to trash however they just keep coming!!

    What has changed? in the last 2 weeks I've had one spam email after another. As fast as I create a filter more arrive!! It is taking too much maintenance....why the sudden change???

  6. I do not want to see another Harris/Walz ad. They are horrible people that will never get my vote

    AOL is obviously bias when it comes to this election. You have been told time and time again to stop showing me anything that comes from HARRIS/WALZ and you just do not care. Stop this immediately.

  7. Frequent sign in failed errors

    I use the Samsung email app & K9 mail app on my phone. I have been getting frequent "sign in failed" notifications after having been signed in for a few days & I have to sign back in. This has never happened before in all the years I've used my phone.

  14. Stop forcing me to reset my password. If I change it, it will be the second time this year! This is an unacceptable!

    Just let me be. Don't overreact about security. Forcing me to change my password frequently creates unnecessary crisis. Makes me think twice about me continuing my relationship with aol.

  16. AOL junk mail screening losing effectiveness: Case in Point: Harbor Freight emails... multiple per day.

    In recent months, the volume of obviously junk mail passing AOL's spam filter has increased. I have been AOL email user since 1994. Maybe it is time to switch to another email service. Harbor Freight is one repeating offender.

  19. Let me change the message notification sound like apple does. I do not like the default sound and there appears to be no way to change it.

  20. new emails not appearing on my iphone and in outlook on my pc

    you changed something and now I can't see new emails on my iphone, but get bulk and trash, and all the new emails to my outlook were disappearing as soon as I looked at them, and now I am not getting them on my pc. PLEASE change back whatever you did so I can see emails. even on aolmail, I am not seeing any new emails.
