  2. WHy can't I enter an idea below

    For a start, why does this "describe your idea" box disappear whenever I type a headline that includes a word in some other post. Really annoying. What I was trying to describe is your even more annoying spam filter. I use a POP client to download messages, and find that your spam filter repeatedly blocks emails I want from downloading, which forces me to log on to look for them. Don't tell me to get in touch with the senders. I often get PR emails from individuals I've never worked with before, so there's on way go tell them before…

  6. the new version SUCKS ...it lost numerous group email lists , and I have problems even finding some existion list

    IT SUCKS , the engineers that did this should be fired IMMEDIATELY , it is totally bad , loosing group remails , etc ,,,only showing a few of my sent emails per month ,
    I will be contacting the CEO of Yahoo since I am a shareholder ...Ive been with AOL for 30+ years ,,,you didnt need to change anything

  7. Fix Search Tool

    Re-tool the search feature. I can NEVER find what I am looking for unless I manually go through my mail. It says "Nothing to see". Then I can find the email with the EXACT perameters I tried to search for.

    @aol.com war meine allererste Emailadresse, fast 25 Jahre her....ich habe mich nach langer Zeit heute wieder mal in mein Postfach eingeloggt, wollte eine generelle Weiterleitung der Emails im Posteingang an eine andere Emailadresse einstellen. Leider finde ich diese Einstellung nicht. Also wollte ich die Mails per POP/IMAP abholen lassen, auch das funktioniert mit den von AOL angegebenen IMAP bzw. smtp Einstellungen nicht. Schade! So kann ich AOL Mail leider nicht nutzen.....

    I have a work computer and a personal computer I use each and every day and my android phone. I tried the secondary authenticator but everytime I sign in to one of my devise's I have to go get that stinking code again and again, and again, and again, and again ... it is not convenient. I know security is important and I have had trouble with one credit card. I found the leak and plugged it. So why when I use multiple devises and they are all mine I can't get AOL to know they are all mine. There…

  16. AOL emails cleanup doesn't perform correctly.

    AOL doesn't delete your old emails. I say that because I logged on an delete large qty of mail. Especially ads. 2018 up to 2022. Eventually I see them all back again.

    When I make a folder and dragged important mail to the folder, I go back and click on the folder to see if items is there. It is there. So now I go back to delete what still shows on the page, and now go back to the folder a second time and the saved emails are gone.
    I never had this problem with Outlook.

  17. GIVE THE OPTION OF USING STANDARD EMAIL! THE OLD FORMAT!!

    This new version does not sync across different devices, I am constantly deleting email that I have either already read or deleted on another device or browser for that matter. FIX THE PROBLEM NOW! I DONT HAVE THE TIME OR PATIENCE FOR THIS! ESPECIALLY FOR A SERVICE THAT I AM PAYING FOR!!

  20. What happened to all of the mail in my inbox?

    My inbox is only showing 185 emails and only going back to December 10. Today is December 11. There had been over 1000 emails. Where are they?
