  2. change two factor authentication defaults

    You need to allow users to choose the default two factor authentication method. You default to an alternate email and it works out better, at least for me, to have it text my phone. I can't find a setting to change the default.

  3. Fix whatever is screwing up font sizes in our emails.

    Some of us are professionals. The new AOL makes us look like idiots by changing the type / font sizes randomly in our emails.

    Looks fine when typing, but if I look at "sent" mail or a reply, it's some text is tiny, some correctly 12 pt.

  4. SENDING AND RECEIVING MAIL

    Apologies - this is not an idea, but feedback. From 12.11 on Thursday 19 Oct, I have been unable to receive or send emails to anyone at sureskills.com even though I have been doing so regularly for over eleven years. I would like this urgent advice on this please. I have been running checks etc all day today without success.

    I had create a new email account i.e. *@aol.com 2 days back I had inputed recovery email address but when today I am trying to login it is showing we can not find your account. I request aol team to look in to this matter seriuoly and get my email account operational as soon as possible. As since moring I am trying to contact but there is no respone and I am frustrated. Awaiting for your reply at the earliest at my sisters mail I;d *@aol.com

  12. Go back to your prior Email platform

    The latest AOL Email platform doesn't function properly at all. When I access from my phone, or my tablet, or from my desktop, the email I previously read or moved is not where it should be. The functionality is flawed beyond belief. How can such a big company make such a monumental fail with the changes to the email? It appears AOL wants users to abandon their email segment in favor of simply being a propaganda platform.

  13. Someone is altering my emails in Baltimore County Government and turning on and off my emails and usps

    Someone in Baltimore County Government has corrupted my emails and sending hit emails and turning my emails on and off and Baltimore County has corrupted my usps email delivery

  14. You screwed up the address list

    Your new system is horrendous. Not only is it impossible to find email addresses in the contacts, but when we attempt to write contacts in the To: or CC: areas,we KNOW are in are contact list only 4 show up. In the old version they ALLL showed up and we could choose them. Now WE HAVE TO COPY FROM A WHOLE OTHER EMAIL SYSTEM!!!! This makes writing on AOL a pain **********.

    It is NOT "improved". Are you trying to get everyone to sign up for a whole different email system? If so, you are succeeding wildly by making this…

  17. Why when I delete an email when using my iPhone does it still appear on my computer? This never happened until you made things "better"

    Prior to your upgrades, when I deleted an email using one device it was gone on all devices. Now when I delete an email using my iPhone it remains in the inbox on my computer. If I delete an email using my computer it is also deleted from the inbox on my iPhone but not on other devices where AOL email is open. Now the only way the emails show as deleted is when I sign out of AOL mail and sign back in. Please go back to the way it used to work.

    I enter user ID at

    I enter Password at

    I am asked to sign in again at
    https://mail.aol.com/d

    Previous post of this bug got no reply, and was removed.
    Hoping for better this time.
    Also, ALL my previous post (history) have been removed. Why?
    I have only posted to identify site bugs.

  19. I hate this platform, NOTHING searches, In the old platform I could find anything but this one, I find NOTHING. IT IS HORRIBLE. Plus it is

    I hate the new platform, it does not search, - you put in a term to search it brings up only a few old old emails, it is no good and terrible
