    member has been saving a composed mail and after she saved it, some contents of the mail she composed was not showing anymore. only the first line of the mail she composed was showing. during the session ts;

    1. used a different browser ( from edge to google )
    2. cleared cached and cookies
    3. refreshed the computer
    4. changed the viewing settings into unified
    5. used incognito window and opened the mail ( same results)
    6. checked the highlighted colors from white to black ( same results )
    7. log out and log back in after clearing the cache and browsing history of…

  5. stop stringing emails .. I lose emails iin the process

    Although stringing together prior sent and received emails together with same posters, the process produces redundant messages and ones I want get lost in long strings . how do I stop this from happening?

  7. The new font in AOL Mail is very difficult to read.

    I went to my AOL mailbox today on a web browser and found that AOL has changed the font for the entire mailbox display to something that is very light, wispy and with serif. It is very hard to read. Yes, I could make it bigger, but the design of this font has poor legibility. It looks like something printed with insufficient ink. Please bring back the old font.

  8. SENT mail to be sorted by sender

    Why dont you allow SENT mail to be sorted by sender like you allow in all the other catagories, so searching for a specific something sent by a specific someone is actually possible. DUHHHHH !!!!!

    Listed contacts do not come up automatically, but "related contacts" who are totally unfamiliar to me pop up automatically all the time.
    Please correct automatiuc pasting of people on the contact list and get rid of the "related contact" option.

  16. I want to sort emails alphabetically. Easier to find things and to delete things. I used to be able to do this.

    I used to be able to delete emails that I saved in my inbox by sorting alphabetically. For instance, a notice from Fed Ex I might want to keep until after I received the package. Then it's forgotten and my inbox fills up with thousands of emails. At present I have to go down by date and it takes so much time. I could eliminate so many more emails if I could sort alphabetically like I used to. Your "improvements" are not always welcomed. Please let us sort alphabetically.
