Why did you do away with the ability to format email when composing a new email?
Why was the ability to change the font size, color, bold, italisize, etc removed from composing a new email or responding to an email? Take it back tt the original mailbox and email capability.

Email recipients list, CC or BCC, takes up almost the entire screen leaving only a small space to write the message. This makes no sense.

Losing emails and I DONT LIKE IT! Where the **** are they GOING?
If I delete an email by accident, I can NEvER find it again. It DOES NOT go to RECENTLY DELETED. I try the search and it comes up NOTHING. If I read an email it should go to my old mail file. Fix blocked emails from senders which are being returned to them
Looks like I'll have to take a whole lot of time contacting every agency and friend with a new email address since I can't get a reply regarding many such as my mortgage co, Patreon Subscription, and more who have their emails they send to me only returned to them stating I'm on a spam list. Who knows how many I have not gotten and I check my spam file daily

Fix Aol bug, case number 21394333
Aol case number 21394333. I have an iPhone 11 running iOS 17 with Norton 360. My Aol app only allows me to login to my email account once or twice before the login screen freezes. I logout after checking my email each time I am on the app. When I reopen the app and go to the login option, it will not respond.

Fix the recurring problem
Every once in a while, I stop receiving my email at Outlook on my desk top computer without a reason. I may have to drop aol email for this reason eventually if you don't fix this problem. Not receiving important emails for this reason result in unpleasant consequences.
