Bad format in new and not able to revert to old even with help from help desk.
The new mail is terrible. I had three emails sitting in new mail before the change and now they are gone somewhere. Even the help line could not find them. The format for the new mail is not as user friendly as the old. The page lay out is not as pleasing or as intuitive. Would be nice if users were given the option to revert to an old system if they wanted. Even with the help desk working with me and clicking on revert to old, the format is drastically changed and not for the better.

File attachements to be shown at top rather than end of email
It is really frustrating that attachments are now at the end of the email thread - especially when there is a conversation over several messages. I couldn't find an option and this is the one thing that I don't like about the new format - but as I send and receive a lot of files it matters

signature space is a problem
I am very displeased with your new format. I was trying to revise my signature space and now it is too large and double spaced. this takes up too much room and is annoying to the readers. I also have lost the color to my regular emails I send. This is part of my signature writing program.

preview attachments
Users are being greatly inconvenienced by being forced to download attachments before being able to view them. It is time consuming to have to download an attachment, create a file to hold it in, and then open it. That is simply too many steps to go through view an attachment. Previously, a user could simply click on an attachment and preview it. The current method is too time consuming and makes that AOL mail feature inferior to the previous "click and view" method. carriage return
Carriage return will not work in email. Can't separate out lines in email. Can't add a contact (because it requires a carriage return). It does work on rare occasions, but this is a serious glitch that makes using the system very difficult. It truly seems like AOL is trying to LOSE customers.

Previously, you could sort emails from A-Z and from Z-A. Now it only has sort sender A-Z.
Allowing it to sort emails from A-Z and Z-A would be helpful. It used to be this way. Now it's only allowing sorting sender A-Z. Since I have 5000+ emails, I like to go from the bottom since it takes so long to go through and delete ones I don't need.

Did I say thank you for the search tabs? Thank you for the search tabs. I hope you are still improving this option. Now that my mail is overrun with spam (thanks for that) the saved searches in tabs comes in handy. So what do you do next?....

If I read a new email on my AOL computer app, it automatically moves the new email that has been read & then moves that email to the old folder, but on my Samsung 23 Ultra Android AOL phone app, if I read the new mail, it will not change the mail & mover to old mail on my computer? Stop continual pop ups advertising ad-free AOL when I currently am already ing paying and using that on another email address on this acct
These pop ups just started recently. I have been paying for AOL for years and only recently started the ad-free service on another address in this account. I would think AOL should know this, but with this poor rollout of the new version, it’s not unexpected.

Bewildering changes.
You can improve AOL by returning it to pre-AOL-Gold formatting. That was the beginning of the end; these current changes are the end. Just one example: the Reply, Reply All, Forward at the bottom of the screen. Having to scroll down through many messages to reply. Then when typing the new message, it disappears behind the Send button after two lines. What reasoning.

The Previous AOL worked very well for me. Go back or I will go to GOOG.
I have been on AOL for many, many years. The new system does not work for me. I would like to go back to the old system.
