We regret to hear about this. Unfortunately, emails located in the Draft folder can't be recovered once they are deleted.

Complete Sender Address
I still have a big issue with not seeing the COMPLETE sender e-mail address. I just had one today that only showed the sender as "Darrell". It appeared to be something about a credit card but I didn't open it, Rather, I immediately sent it to SPAM then deleted it. However, had the entire address been shown, I could have better determined if it was possibly legitimate or actual spam.

How i get back my old mail account?i live in Malaysia 2013 öpen ottomancuisine@aol.com this adressbin malaysia and used belong to my company adress,2016 i have my own gov. Problem and i stay in Malaysia imirgation vamp almost 8 years 6 May 2023 i am ne freedom turn back Turkey,when i want öpen my mail account cnt because very long time cnt used please i need Help how i get back my old mail adress because many importand document inside file and my Facebook account i cnt get back because this my problem please i need Help thnx best regards

Je me suis transtéré sur ma messagerie un message que j'avais sur mon portable (Galaxy Note 8). J'ai bien reçu le mail correspondant, mais il n'y a plus de fonction pour l'imprimer ou l'archiver dans un dossier... ¨Pourquoi ?C'est infernal les bugs que nous connaissons avec cette nouvelle version... En plus, auparavant, nous avions un support d'aide simple à joindre si besoin, maintenant c'est une usine à gaz...

Take Adobe off your spam list!
All mail from the address -- noreply@mail.community.adobe.com is sent straight to the spam folder in spite of the fact that I immediately mark it as "not spam". The very next email from that address is sent to the spam regardless of what I have done the day before or even minutes before. And NO, I DID NOT MARK IT AS SPAM, neither on purpose or accidentally!

Should just be able to click on email address, then option to filter it
Why can’t we just click on an email address and along with option to block it also add it to filter it or part of it.
Hi there. In your Inbox, you can right click on a sender then select what action you wish to apply to that particular sender. Once you open an email, you can click on the More button (3 dots).

Change download location
AOL wants to save all of my downloads into the Documents folder. I don't use that folder at all. I'd rather save them elsewhere, but I don't see anywhere to change the folder.
This isn't managed by AOL but rather by your web browser. You should be able to find your Downloads settings under your browser's general settings and edit it.

Problems with VIP folder infiltration & deleting old mail
I have had AOL since 1995. I regularly have to delete and reinstall my account in both of my Apple devices to keep the regular mail separate from the VIP mail.

Go back to basic.
Now when I delete an email it also deletes the next one. When I search for the missing email it doesn't find it in deleted mail. Also when I delete emails from my phone I have to refresh the web page on the computer to see the changes. This sucks and there's no help available.

Iphone and browser AOL Mail do not mirror each other.
When I delete an AOL e-mail on my iPhone, it still shows up on my AOL Mail in browser. This is a waste of my time, as I have to delete in two places.

How do I change my out of office auto reply. The old way no longer works!!!
I can no longer set up a new out of office or vacation auto reply. There is no longer an "Options" button. this is a MAJOR issue for my business!!! How do I get rid of the old reply and set up a new one???
Hi there. To access your settings, please click in Settings>More Settings>Vacation response. Here you can turn it off or edit it.
