fix your spam problems your a bunch of idiots
you purposely let spam through and label non spam items as spam. Amazing that only your email service (all of them) have the same spam problem.

HURRY UP and Update The Phishing & Spam Email Filters...
WTF!!! We're begging for updates to the blocking features and AOL & YAHOO are pushing it off on UNSUBSCRIBING. YOU DUMB-*****, stop telling us to clink on links on suspicious / phishing emails... WTF!!!
Over the past 2 weeks, I've gotten 993 phishing emails and my limit of 1,000 blocks was reached in a matter of days.
YOU GUYS CAN'T BE THIS DUMB.... OR CAN YOU?
AOL & YAHOO ARE IDIOTS AND DON'T CARE ABOUT PROTECTING THEIR CUSTOMERS!!!!

Blocking contacts, sending contact emails to spam
Multiple email contacts have been blocked and they have called us to let us know they have been blocked and cannot send us emails anymore... WE NEED TO GET THESE EMAILS!!! Multiple contacts we are constantly in communications with are being sent to SPAM for no reason and if you click them as "NOT SPAM" theyll get sent back to the SPAM folder later in the day if you dont send them to a file. WE NEED THESE EMAILS TO NOT GO TO SPAM OR GET SENT BACK AFTER WE CLICK "NOT SPAM". WTF is going on AOL????

Fix filters, allow promotional email and get rid of spam!
My promotional email has not been coming to the classic version for several months. Called several times on this issue. Not helpful! Someone told me to swith to the new version of AOL and it would be in a promotional folder like on google mail. Still not able to find it. I have resubscribed many times to promotional email and still not getting it. I am getting all my unwanted SPAM, hundreds a day but no promotional email that I want.

AOL & Yahoo SPAM Blocking Features Are A JOKE!!!
This is how AOL & Yahoo responded to customer suggestions about updating spam blocking features, then blocked the comments so nobody could respond...

Automatically delete all spam mail before it goes into any folder in my email account. That would protect everyone from fraudsters, financial exploitation, and stop the spammers from targeting AOL users. This would be easy to do on the server level. Also give individuals the ability to only accept emails that originate from preferred countries and from non spam server domains.

my email is all being directly sent to trash, i missed a bunch of time sensitive emails before i figured this out. fix ... it's NOT going to SPAM, it's going to TRASH

Fix Spam
In the past couple of weeks AOL has been placing emails from frequent contact in the Spam box. I chatted with AOL rep yesterday and he said if they aren't added as contacts in AOL they can be spam. I never added contacts in AOL before but started yesterday. Today lots more of my contact emails were placed in spam. So now I am trying to figure out how to turn off AOL spam feature because something has clearly happened recently that placed so many good emails in the AOL spam folder.
Hi there. Please mark these emails as Not Spam so these senders' future emails go directly to the right folder. I'm sorry for the inconvenience this has caused you!

Hi there. Recently you may have noticed an increase in email going to the Spam folder for senders using Office 365 and other Microsoft products.
We are in the process of addressing this issue and expect it to improve over the next several days.
Please mark the mail in the Spam folder as “not spam” or “ham” and that will help to correct the issue.
