  1. Bei AOL muss sich was ändern.

    Ich schreibe Deutsch, ich brauche mehr als 8 Versuche mich anzumelden, jede Veränderung ist mühselig, gilt das gleiche, wie beim Anmelden, selbst das Feedback geben ist wie ein Kaugummi, der viel ist. Ich bin angemeldet und muss mich für das Feedback noch mal anmelden?

  5. Attachment disappears - PLEASE FIX

    I use AOL through chrome. When I send an email with an attachment, everything works fine.
    However, when I receive a reply from the recipient, the attachment has disappeared and is no longer in the thread.

    Please fix this so the attachments are retained throught the thread of emails.

  6. you should not expect me to pay $4.99 when you advertisements stick and I cannot use my email

    when signing into my email the advertisement block sticks and does not give me the the advertisement but a black box spins with a circle preventing me to not use the opening or deleting my emails. It blocks my email screen.

  8. Why do I need to re-enter my password with a new screen when it is already in my Firefox system permanently?

    Please let me have my password automatically entered as it has been forever so that I don't have keep re-entering it on a separate screen page. Why did you suddenly change this today?

  9. email starts in Sent folder instead of Inbox

    Recently, when I go to access my mail, the app starts in the Sent folder and not the Inbox. I haven't changed anything recently. Is there a setting where you can select the default start up folder? Thank you.

  11. "Block senders" doesn't appear, especially for **** subject lines

    I will "block senders" to the worst offenders (mostly,this means X-RATED *) in my spam in order to better see if there are any useful emails that were misdirected into spam. Periodically, the "block senders" option will fail to appear in the menu or, if I select it, will give me a message that AOL is unable to add the offending address to my "block" list. Why? It's like AOL is PROMOTING *, because it's those emails that I have a problem blocking.

  20. Stop the onslaught of vulgar and offensive spam email being sent daily.

    AOL can improve mail by seeing that AOL advertisers adhere to your policies. Harassing and offensive spam emails does not make your AOL users feel comfortable or welcome on your site. I continue to get lots of vulgar, filthy and offensive spam email daily, I cannot fathom why AOL with monitoring and oversight cannot do something to stop this barrage of **** sent daily. I fail to understand how it would be considered censure to stop these spam emails since AOL is not an advertised **** site.
