you should not expect me to pay $4.99 when you advertisements stick and I cannot use my email
when signing into my email the advertisement block sticks and does not give me the the advertisement but a black box spins with a circle preventing me to not use the opening or deleting my emails. It blocks my email screen.

email starts in Sent folder instead of Inbox
Recently, when I go to access my mail, the app starts in the Sent folder and not the Inbox. I haven't changed anything recently. Is there a setting where you can select the default start up folder? Thank you.

Attachment disappears - PLEASE FIX
I use AOL through chrome. When I send an email with an attachment, everything works fine.
However, when I receive a reply from the recipient, the attachment has disappeared and is no longer in the thread.Please fix this so the attachments are retained throught the thread of emails.

Slow
Everything in my mail comes up so slow! I have had AOL since I began emailing, maybe 20+ years ago? It has been so slow this past year or so. I wait 4-5 seconds for a mail to come up & then when want to put it into a file- again 4-5 seconds. So much time wasted. My ISP said that I should ask you to update the version. I have no clue. Just know it is not the same AOL I used to have. Can you please update my version to restore the faster access please? : ( Fran

HACKED... when we add email to our phone it's duplicated by a gmail; I lost all of my contacts deleting that account that was meant for Aol
I had a gmail account that was exactly the same as my AOL. That account was hacked but still exist, so when I was forced to download my AOL account on the phone gmail made it exactly the same as my AOL account which I already had a gmail with the same name, so when I tried to find the account, gmail sent me the old account and I lost all of my contact sunk into the new gmail they created. I already had a gmail with that name; now I want to know how to get those contacts back…

Since Mon 11/17, not receiving emails from some senders. Don't know all of them. The Athletic, gmail, optonline are a few. I have been told to have senders fill out senders.yahooinc.com. This seems unrealistic since how do I contact their IT department? I don't even know all the senders that have been affected. This was fine until Mon 11/17 when several legit emails showed up in spam. I marked them as not spam. Problem help
when I move mail from the new mail folder to the folder files the email says it has moved..
but the mail still stays in the new mail folder and will not leave the new mail floder? If I close aol app and turn off phone then turn phone on the mail will disappear??

I have invested in online protection to the tune of 14.00 a month. Sense then, I am seeing changes that I hate, it takes forever and a day to get verifications from mostly used merchants, or I don't get them at all. What is going on guys???
