Make bold subject after reading an email and then marking it unread and leaving in inbox.
sequence:
1. I read an new email (which is bold and in "new"
2. I then select "Mark Unread"
3. When I return to my inbox it shows up as unread but is no longer bold font. I think anyting marked unread should be bold.970th ranked -

Harassment or inability to handle modern technology-WIFI extender
Recently, you asking me to log in on my mobile phone several times during the day. Is theis new form of HARASSMENT? You do not provide "Stay Signed " box on the mobile version. Possibly, you atavistic system cannot recognize WIFI extender recently added. Fix the system instead harassing users. Unless HARASSMENT is your DAILY JOY.

valid emails went to spam folder!
ANGRY, FRUSTRATED, OUTRAGED.. for three weeks, a friend and I have been unable to send or receive each other's emails. They would be "sent" but would not arrive. We have been contacts since AOL began. We finally "found" all the missing emails in SPAM. Reason? According to AOL, we each "had marked this email as spam". WE DID NOT EVER MARK EACH OTHER'S EMAILS AS SPAM! This resulted in many important missed communications. WHY DID YOU DO THIS? We have pressed the field for NOT SPAM but the emails remain in SPAM. This is infuriating and unacceptable.

Without being able to sort by sender, I am no longer interested in having AOL
WHen you are cleaning out your inbox, sorting by sender is the easiest way to mass delete when you get a ton of emails. Taking this away, means you most likely lost my business.

How do we include recently deleted emails when we are doing a search for a particular email ??
When doing a search for a particular email, please incude the deleted emails.

delete old mail
i want one dialog box that lets me set a date and ALL mail prior to that date to moved to the Delete folder. This would be available in each of the active folders (New, Spam, Sent), AND STOP RESTORING old mail, I just had to delete 5000 mails I know I previously deleted permanently.

Give me the ability to delete my alias or at least hide it from sender and receiver. I had to pay to get absolutely no help; unacceptable!
Give the user the ability to delete the alias. I tried to delete and saved by changes only to have the alias reappear on my sender space in email. Now both my normal email id and my alias show to whoever I am sending email to. This is unacceptable and I want this alias to be hidden from everyone or completely deleted.

Please take the stripe along the left side when we forward an email.
Lately we get a stripe down the side of an email if we forward the email. We don't like the stripe. Please take this off!! This is down the left side of the email. We do not like this.

email preview no longer working
Email Preview Pane No Longer Loads the next email after delete
When in preview mode: Emails listed on the left and email body and text on the right. After reading the email and press delete, the next unread email will no longer load without having to manually click on it. Was this a new, recent change? This seems to have started a few weeks ago from 8/01/2024. Please fix this, as it's very annoying to have to click every time to get the next email to load.

I HATE the new version and I will not stay without sorting options for mail. I am also missing 500 emails

Make the letters larger...they are very hard t read for an older person who has eye sight problems.
