    Hi there! Sorry to hear about the issue. If you are using the AOL app, you can press on your email at the top, there you will be able to see all email and tap on the one you want to log in. On webmail, you will have to press on your profile on top right and then select one of your other accounts.

  2. When inserting picture in email, it defaults to large.

    When inserting picture in email, it defaults to large. Can there be a setting where we can change the default to what size we want. I always have to manually change each picture I've inserted to small manually and sometimes I insert 10 pics! Thank you.

  3. You changed how we can turn on the vacation email/responder, and now I can't "turn it on" How do I do that?

    Make it easier to turn on the email that people get when they send you an email and you are away. You changed it and I can't figure out how to do it!

  5. Talk to people first

    I have been charged for years for free email. I never had a conversation with anyone at any time about being charged. I was a FIOS customer keeping a free email account. If I hadn't closed the card I would have never known that I was being charged $41/mo for free email. You are supposed to notify people before dinging their account. I may sue.

  6. AOL MAIL KEEPS FREEZING! AOL IS TRYING TO LOAD VIDEOS DURING MAIL. IT'S CAUSING THE MAIL TO FREEZE. I HAVE TO RELOAD MAIL OVER AND OVER

    AOL is putting videos on mail that do not load properly. They cause mail to freeze. It is making AOL mail worthless. Please stop these awful videos.

    Please fix the issue of the print function randomly becoming unresponsive. It does become responsive by refreshing the page, but it is a constant irritation and nuisance requiring that extra unnecessary step to just to print an e-mail.

    blocking me from using e-mail is not a value. I pay $ 10. mo. for email now I cant open that because it's loop loop, you just don't get any thing right.

  9. Better solution for email rest password

    I’ve been on the phone waiting for an agent , more than 30 minutes and the agent by the name Catherine Adam did not resolved the issues or follow through with the verification process I offered my legal documentations and still no help . Don’t waste your time waiting for the phones agents who acts as if they will assist you . It’s all bs ! Why do you even have a support number if you can’t even provide service to help customers?! This is the second time I was locked out my aol account with nothing resolved

  11. Fixing third party emails

    I absolutely hate the fact that I have to jump through hoops to get an email from myself, from my phone, because apparently it's considered a third party. I have to take photo's of receipts to be downloaded and I send them to my email address. I have been doing this for years, and now I can't get them. This is insane!!!!! Who messes with this stuff???? If it isn't broke, why you trying to fix it. Please just go back to what works.

  14. block domains

    Please consider implementing these suggestions:

    1. Allow for many more than 1000 blocked email addresses (user@blocker.com) .
    2. Allow for domain blocks (blocker.com).

    These are needed due to the vast number of AOL users whose email addresses have been hacked and are now on the dark web. As a result, they are receiving tons of spam. I personally have had 5 major breaches that gathered virtually all of my personal info including my AOL address. And please don't post my AOL email address with this post otherwise it will lead to more spam.

  15. It would have been helpful if you warned us ahead of doing the update . How was I going to see your email about this if I couldn’t get into

    Prior notification of major security updates that make it impossible to access my email. I was concerned I had been hacked. How was I supposed to read your email about this when I could not access my email???

  16. Stop screwing things up so you can charge more for help services.

    Did it ever occur to you to tell us about this Mail fiasco 3 days ago? That's when both my wife and I stopped getting mail.

    The "genius" who decided for all AOL users "to keep our information safe" should be fired. Just brilliant. When are you idiots going to figure out that preventing legitimate users from accessing their information is not "security." it's stupidity.

    Oh yeah and your customer service is essentially non-existent.. What a joke.

  17. I stopped getting mail today. This happens about once a year but this time I can’t fix it. How can I get help? I have had AOL for many years

    Don’t quit my service every year! I am elderly and don’t know how to start getting my mail when you stop sending it! Please help!

  18. Cannot address email

    I cannot address email and send it. I can only address my email from my list of contacts. If an email address is not in my contact list i cannot insert and address in the "TO" block. I also cannot add a new email addressto my list of contacts.. If an email address is not already in my list of contacts, i am not able to address it in my email. What is the fix? Thank you.

    Stop having TRrump come up every time I log into my email account. There should be no "Home" page for an AOL email account. He's disgusting and over half of population didn't vote for the TRaitor!

    1.You send me a text to prove it is me but you have somehow kept my email and password saved and I CANNOT delete it; 2. So ANYONE can access my email. YOU SUCK
