  1. AOL's new Search failure -

    when doing a SEARCH, AOL no longer searches the TRASH or SPAM folders. WHY NOT ????? The folders are still e-mail. or else give an option to search these

  3. Hello. Your new way of using an arrow to indicate a reply has been sent to an e-mail is very difficult. Can't you just send us our reply?

  4. Revert to previous email format

    The new format is confusing when replying to a message a 2nd or subsequent time. Do NOT like the new email, want to revert to Classic email.

  7. The search function does not work well at all and does not search all mail.

    Bring back the old search function. The search button that was by the compose button functioned effectively and one could actually FIND what you were looking for. The current button does NOT locate all the searched for emails. Very frustrating.

  9. A problem I'm having

    My AOL account got hacked recently. I changed my password as a result. I'm not getting any "New Mail", however new mail is showing up in my "Recently Deleted" folder. How can this be corrected? Thank you.

    Make bold subject after reading an email and then marking it unread and leaving in inbox.
    sequence:
    1. I read an new email (which is bold and in "new"
    2. I then select "Mark Unread"
    3. When I return to my inbox it shows up as unread but is no longer bold font. I think anyting marked unread should be bold.

    Please stop the McAfee License Renewal Notice ads. They are deceptive. I don't nor will I ever have McAfee's **** software installed. No matter what I do, they won't go away. I'm thinking about reporting it to the FTC for deceptive sales practices.

  15. Harassment or inability to handle modern technology-WIFI extender

    Recently, you asking me to log in on my mobile phone several times during the day. Is theis new form of HARASSMENT? You do not provide "Stay Signed " box on the mobile version. Possibly, you atavistic system cannot recognize WIFI extender recently added. Fix the system instead harassing users. Unless HARASSMENT is your DAILY JOY.

  17. Without being able to sort by sender, I am no longer interested in having AOL

    WHen you are cleaning out your inbox, sorting by sender is the easiest way to mass delete when you get a ton of emails. Taking this away, means you most likely lost my business.

  20. delete old mail

    i want one dialog box that lets me set a date and ALL mail prior to that date to moved to the Delete folder. This would be available in each of the active folders (New, Spam, Sent), AND STOP RESTORING old mail, I just had to delete 5000 mails I know I previously deleted permanently.
