OLDER EMAILS...WHERE DID MINE GO TO?
I CAN ONLY SEE 2 MONTHS AGO...WHY CAN'T I LOAD MORE LIKE WE USED TO? NOW I AM MISSING AN IMPORTANT MAIL THAT IS OLDER THEN SEPTMEBER.

Color code
Any chance we could be able to add different colors/highlights permanently to specific email lines?
For example: be able to Color code specific emails to help Identify them (their importance) as a group if needed? Or another way to state: by using different colors we could highlight the importance of individual emails and therefore group them accordingly. That would be wonderful! Thank you for your time and consideration in this matter! Greatly appreciated! Food for thought.

Need an AOL Functional Calendar
AOL calendar is NOT functional - I need my AOL email to be synchronized with a calendar invite where I can invite people into a calendar event just like you can do with outlook - this is a major short fall of AOL not having a functional calendar similar to that of outlook

It's nice. But can I format email list columns - like have the date/time first on the left instead of on the extreme right??

IMPROVE NAVIGATION TO OLD EMAILS. CANT GO DIRECTLY TO SET YEAR OR BACK EMAILS.
Trying to go to specific emails for a year and unlike prior classic view, Im unable to go directly to year. No option to fast forward or click on pages to get to next. Have to go through all emails from 2024 to 2018 just to get to 2018 emails, takes hours. Also, if selecting all, cant select just for set amount I am viewing, it selects all emails in its entirely from begining to end. Improve the navigation.

Anything you can do to cut down junk mail would be appreciated. Seems like you got rid of some, only to have it come back on steroids

Please stop including gross health ads or ads that target older people--I am still young and am not in your target audience. Even when I do reach that age someday, I still wouldn't want to see any of those ads. They are repulsive and demeaning.

Stop blocking incoming emails.
Why am I not receiving certain emails. I am awaiting important emails from my bank for access codes.....but these are getting blocked automatically from AOL. I understand security but these do not even go to Spam so I can choose if I want to read them. Makes me wonder what other emails I am not getting.

Spellcheck "new AOL" versus "Classic AOL"
When using Spellcheck in the new aol, there is no way to add words to the Spellcheck. So, my last name and the names of the organizations to which I belong, along with medical terminology, show up as spelling errors. Bring back Classic! I just tried to change my settings back to what you are now calling "Basic AOL" and it doesn't display my messages as I would like.

printing issue on the news article
I am having a problem printing news articles. The articles print as one narrow column, instead of formatted for an 8.5 x 11 page.

Filters - ability to sort alphabetically
Provide an option to sort filters alphabetically by name, i.e., the incoming or "from name".

The format for writing an e-mail is limited ! I hate it!
Just very frustrated...limited space to see what I have written cannot see the send or draft boxes!! Cannot blame it on a current MAC 3 years old!
I cannot be the only person wi this problem.
