  1. STILL ( !!) have ridiculous programing errors. Months after intro of "new" version. And no adequate feedback methods.

    As mentioned before, thsi version is riddled with stupid errors. eg in the Inbox, part replied to messages keep the edit, it should offer an option to do so. or revert to the original. ///

    Heaven alone knows what the Save Contacts does, I cannot get it to perform. Or save Contacts on incoming messages sensibly.

    The offered feedback methods are Twitter ( its for twits) , Facebook ( privacy issue) and not a sensible AOL email address. Shows a REALLY touching faith in the product, that you cannot use it to support your own systems.

  2. Stop asking me if I want notifications of replies to emails I'm replying to

    My notifications are turned off. I do not wnated to be interrupted by incoming emails. Any emails. Every time I reply to certain emails, AOL asks me if I want to get notifications when my reply gets replied to. HOW DO I GET YOU TO STOP ASKING AND TAKE "NO" FOR AN ANSWER? You've previously closed a complaint about this without answering the question.

    Hi there. We are sorry about the situation that you are encountering. You can get more info on how to fix it on our help site: https://help.aol.com/articles/turn-desktop-notifications-on-or-off-for-new-aol-mail where you can manage the notifications better, depending on the browser that you are using.

  3. delete saved user names from sign in

    This is not a new idea, how in the heck do I delete saved user names from my email? I have ried everything I can think of and they just keep saving any user name for any website I sign in to on my e mail. Very frustrating. Please send an answer to my email.

    AOL Mail automatically updates your contact info based on what's provided in your correspondences. This feature is enabled by default but can be turned off as needed.

    All previously enhanced info will be lost! If you disable Enhanced Contacts, any info that was previously saved from your contact's emails will be removed.

    1. Click the Settings  | select More Settings
    2. Click Contacts.
    3. Click Disable next to Enhance Contacts.
    4. Alternatively, click Enable if you change your mind.

  4. Stop raising my price.

    Why has my price changed from 5 to 7 dollars? Please discontinue this service.

  5. you set my email from USPS Informed Delivery as Spam!!

    You set my email from USPS Informed Delivery as Spam!! I stopped receiving all notifications. I hate this new version of email.

  7. Calendar opens in Yahoo and is not loading correctly in AOL

    The calendar in AOL only opens for MAY, JUN and JULY - the balance of the rest of the calendar from AUG - DEC is "BLANK."

    Also, when I want to load the AOL Calendar, and click on VIEW FULL CALENDAR, suddenly my "YAHOO" calendar pops up

  8. Emails are coming through as double of each one

    Emails are coming into inbox as two of the same email. Annoying.

    Thank you for the feedback typically when we see duplicate emails it is a sign that a 3rd party email client it is being used to view emails alongside the yahoo imbox. We recommend that the 3rd party app is disabled witch shall correct this issue. further support can be found on Help.aol.com.

  10. control spam at domain level

    Currently it seems only a full email address can be blocked. I would like to control / block at the DOMAIN level. Which would make it harder for my present main spammer = @ofefrsdtops.net to reach me, with ethe numerous mailboxes they use on the same Domain.

  11. Unable to use AOL web search

    All my other aol accounts are working okay. Only this account is unable to use the AOL web search. I always get an error bad request whatever I type or search. Whether I use another browser or device it shows the same result.

  12. Quit putting a vertical line down the left side of an email that has been forwarded.

    We never used to get a vertical line down the left side of an email that has been forwarded. Why are we getting this now? We don't line it and it seems to have no purpose. Also quit making us choose an attachment from the computer or an email. We never have an attachment from an old email.

  13. writing space on email

    I am so sick and tired of having a 1" space to write my email in. Too much space taken up by Your headers: Name, To, Subjects, font choices. I am ready to drop aol. mail after more than 20 years. As much as I dislike gmail, your desire to be like them is super annoying. Please enlarge the writing space on MY email.

    Hi there. You should make your Compose window full by default, by going to Settings>More Settings>Writing email>click on ''Fill-sized'' at the ''Compose window category''.

  14. "BLOCK THIS SENDER" button is needed so as to reduce spam from frequent senders

    instead of just labelling it as spam it would be helpful to prevent entry for very frequent spammers - so they do not even get into the spam folders any more - *** this would make it easier to review the spam folders for accidental events when a non-spam message is mistaken for spam

  15. closing my account without contacting me

    Hi Guys - really disappointed that you decided to clear all my emails as an "inactive account" without any warning at all. You have my alternative email and phone. No message, no nothing! I now start with a clean sheet - losing all my retained history with no options. Dreadful.

    Hi there. If an account is unused or dormant for 12 months, it is deactivated and its emails are deleted, more info here: https://help.aol.com/articles/reasons-aol-deactivates-or-deletes-an-account Once emails are being purged during the inactivity period of the account, they are deleted from the servers as well. While your recent login reactivated your account, the data deleted is not recoverable. I'm sorry for the inconvenience this has caused you!

  16. Mailing list

    I can no longer add emails to my mailing list as before which is a big problem with my business, so i will have to find a noter company that allows me to do this.

    Hi there. Before updating your list, the contact you wish to add to it must first be added to your general contacts. To edit a list, please click on the ''Lists'' tab from the Contacts page/window, select the list you wish to edit from the drop down menu (arrow), click ''Edit list''. To add a new contact, type it in the ''Add contacts'' field. If you wish to remove a contact, click the ''x'' from that particular contact. Then click Save.   18. AOL email inbox does not always how all my emails

    AOL always shows the number of emails in my inbox. However, it is not always correct. Sometimes the number of emails shown in my in box is less than the number of emails that AOL shows is there. The only way to see the emails not shown is to sign out of my account, then sign back in. Fix this please.

  19. Stop showing my username before I sign into my account

    The last two weeks, when I click on the log in screen, it is already showing my user name and asks only for my password. This makes it easier for a hacker to get into my AOL account. I want to go back to no username identity and put that in myself.
