calendar times
Why can't I just say what time something is? I have a 12:50 PM appointment, and I have to pick either 12:30 or 1:00 out of your list. So what if I would have several short events that would fit inside those times? (Hasn't happened yet, but id could.) And what if I don't know/care when it ends?

the basic mail option is not available on settings
for some reason the go to basic mail option on settings is not available. i need to type basic.mail.aol.com just to get back to basic mail and its not saving

I don't need answers on what I have to do to fix spam. What your consumers need is UNLIMITED BLOCKING!!!!!!! Please, in this day, there is NO REASON why you can't change it to UNLIMITED BLOCKING!!!!!!

BLOCK Senders: Dear AOL, you are not doing your job. The same senders continue over and over. Something is not working. Please fix this.
I am not a specialist so I can't give you suggestions. All I know is that my gmail works better.

creating distribution lists
I followed the directions for creating an email distribution list, but after adding the emails, the "save" button did not activate, so I can't create the list. I cleared cache, tried creating the list under both Firefox and Chrome, still to no avail. Any suggestions?

limit number of emails per page
Currently, AOL Mail displays an unlimited number of emails on a single page, which makes it extremely difficult to scroll, manage, or delete old emails efficiently. When trying to use the "Select All" feature, it keeps adding every email that auto-loads as I scroll, making it impossible to control the selection.
This endless scrolling also prevents me from reaching or reading the emails at the bottom, creating a frustrating user experience. Please add a setting to limit the number of emails shown per page—such as 25, 50, or 100—similar to what other email platforms offer. This would greatly improve usability…

Do not allow the vulgar filthy spam emails to get near a mailbox.
Please AOL do not ask for feedback if you continue to ignore them. AOL can be improved by stopping the continuation of the vulgar; filthy spam emails that are sent daily. it is not enough to say that they go into the spam email. These abhorrent spam emails should be filtered and not allowed into the customers mailbox. I have written about this issue to AOL several times. Instead of AOL stopping this garbage from reaching the mailbox they are increasing daily. Currently, there are so many of the filthy spam e-mails that since only 500 could be accommodated in…

I have to reboot my laptop after logging in because too much data is loaded and it crashes Chrome and ever other open program runs slower.
please reduce the amount of data you load when I login to https://mail.aol.com or allow me to turn off certain features.

new format
The new format is horrible. It hides the old mail, making it harder to find or notice. It shrinks windows that you view content in, and then prompts you to pay for an upgrade so you can view it again. I really regret trying the new format. There was no warning that this was irrevocable. Please offer the old format again.
