Remove check mark from stay signed in box on account sign in page
I see that you have put the check mark in the 'stay signed in' box on the account sign in page again. I do not want to stay signed in and I find it more than a little disturbing that you want to try to trick me into it. I take my online security seriously and would expect you to do the same. Why would you want me to stay signed in anyway? What's in it for you?

daily ad orientation
The ads at the top of the e-mail page are bad enough, but what is with the ads now showing at the bottom of the e-mail list each day? There's no way to delete them.

I have been getting repeated ad emails from "3 new messages" I tried to click it to report it as spam and it started setting off alarms
Stop ads from the source that is trying to scam me by clicking a link!

Scam Warning
I see no other way to post a scam attempt within my AOL email. I receive an email with no way to delete it from a source claiming to be Yahoo. I clicked to inspect and it locked up my computer. I'm just want to know how to get rid of in my inbox. Here is the copied link:

Ridiculous that Chat Support cannot see Open Support Cases
Had a Support Case by phone last night that I eventually solved - myself.
-Am on hold waiting for an agent - even though I am supposed to have premium support.
-So, I decided to try to Chat to have a Support Agent make a note under my case number that I had solved the issue.Chat said that they could not see prior Chats.
i questioned that and she said she could not see prior case numbers either (despite my providing her my case number.

THANK YOU and HOORAY for restoring the STATIONERY option for the COMPOSE email function. I am OVERJOYED to have it back as I use it constantly. I am a Communications Coordinator for my church and also my country club golf league. I am lost without STATIONERY as it is the crowning glory and inspiration for all my emails, flyers, invitations, notifications, meeting minutes, announcements , etc. .... you get the idea. I've been an AOL client for 36 years, and I LOVE this product. The ability to use STATIONERY makes all the difference in communication. A picture is definitely worth…

Can Not Leave News Comments.
You are owned by Yahoo. I go to the News Page on AOL run by Yahoo. For the past Three or More years I have been Blocked from leaving Any Comments . For example, if I leave a comment like, " What's Up ?"... within 2 minutes it is Blocked & taken down. The ONLY time I have ever used Foul Language was after Years of being Blocked & knowing the moment will Not Be Posted. This was only after not getting ANY solutions from your tech people, who do try to help, but come up with no answer.

Remove the top line for Messages, Photo and Documents
This display prevents me from seeing that i in fact have email. when i open the AOL today it shows "no new email" when in fact when i opne the aol email there are unopened emails waiting. i don't like this feature and can't find any way to remove or close it.

news widget
The news widget is not loading when I log in to my Aol mail. There are normally three tiles in a row and arrows to move between them. At first a few tiles were blank, then there was only one tile showing, now all tiles are blank. I have tried all my personal settings and nothing will restore them. is this a known issue with AOL and how to fix? Thanks

Make things consistent. Accessing my account sometimes asks for extra authentication, but sometimes it does not, so is sadly worrying/flaky. If I try to notify AOL about this, I get feedback that my e-mail account is not recognised......so again flaky. I very much am becoming nervous about using AOL, after 30 years of use. I feel customer support in the UK is not only weak, but we are being encouraged to use other platforms now that AOL is crumbling.............

I'd like a SMALLER text size than the default, so I can see more incoming items. I've found no option to REDUCE the font size.
