    Same problem here. I'm a paying AOL user for over 25 years. AOL Help is inept at best. They can't do anything except apologize. They recommend that you do something you have already tried multiple times. It seems that no one is in charge.

    In my experience, AOL Tech is useless. They are only good at apologizing. They listen but can't act.

  8. need a feature to delete INBOX messages either one "page" at a time or date specific....the manual deletion of each inbox email is slow.

    Joe sounds unique. I have been in contact with 5 or 6 tech support people in the last few days and they are all useless. They are extremely sorry but there's nothing they can actually do,

  10. Went to your help site and they were not able to address my issue. Every comment I post is being rejected, including a simple "hi". Fix it.

    I have exactly the same problem. AOL Help is no help at all. All the input to AOL Help must go into a black hole. I have wasted thousands of keystrokes inputting to AOL's ineffectual processes.
