  17. Went to your help site and they were not able to address my issue. Every comment I post is being rejected, including a simple "hi". Fix it.

    I have exactly the same problem. AOL Help is no help at all. All the input to AOL Help must go into a black hole. I have wasted thousands of keystrokes inputting to AOL's ineffectual processes.
