    Does anyone like the new format? Doesn't look like it based on the comments. I agree, this new format is horrible. It takes so many more clicks to move around, or even to move an email to a folder. What the heck happened to the beauty of the drag-n-drop?!?!?!? Usually new ideas are for improving the user experience. This was a huge miss on that target! Whoever thought this up should be bagging groceries or mowing lawns for a living. They can make good money, and not ***** up anyone's day!

  3. This new system is not working for me. Give me my old platform back. Settings to classic this is not my old format.

    I'm right there with you! I did all the same steps to no avail. This new format is horrible. It takes so many more clicks to move around, or even to move an email to a folder. What the heck happened to the beauty of the drag-n-drop?!?!?!?
