"New version" of email - it's HORRIBLE!

What on earth did you do to the email?? This is AWFUL! Bring back the other version - - or, I guess it's time to say GOOD-BYE to aol!!??

    Completely agree - it worked well before - NOW is absolutely ****!!! Would the nameless nutter who changed it please note - you need a new job filing paper clips.

    Why did you do away with deleting batches of emails from individual senders, that was the best thing AOL had going, now I have to delete them individually, so if you’re a person who receives hundreds of emails, that’s a lot of scrolling. CHANGE IT BACK….unfortunately this is the email I use for business, and really do not want to find another email provider after more years than I can remember of having this email address.

    This new format SUCKS!!! I do not appreciate you changing the format nor does anyone else, especially without giving any of us the choice to opt out!!!

    The only thing you’ve succeeding in doing is **** everyone off. Stop screwing around with OUR email format and put it back to the original format.

    There was nothing wrong with the version I depended on, for years. Why fix what wasn't broken? Please give us our old platform back. Pretty Please???

    I have complained and will also be giving up Talk Talk. The response I have had from AOL Mail is that there is not an option to change back. The fact that when you want to compose an email you are no longer able to change font sizes or styles or type in bold or Italic and change background and text colour, is a huge step backwards just like the people who designed the new version. I've also written feedback on Trustpilot but it appears no one else has about this issue. I think it is worth people doing this as well as leaving AOL mail and like me, Talk Talk, if you are with them as they took over AOL.

    This "new version" is AWFUL! The font style and color options are unsatisfactory. The insertion of photos has been removed. Now I can only attach photos and have no options for size or for -- this is critical -- comments for each photo beneath the photo. Also critical: auto correct spelling and grammar while typing is NOT "permitted". I have a second aol account that has not yet been infected with your new version and it accepts autocorrect while typing, so this is not a computer issue. The lovely option of stationery is gone. PLEASE GET RID OF YOUR NEW VERSION !!!

    this is like g mail. if i wanted the inconvenience of g mail i would have all my accounts there.
    first aol took away the alphabetized option. Now they are changing to a ridiculous time wasting format. we should all leave

    AOL, what idiot did you pay hundreds of thousands of dollars to make AOL mail WORSE?! This is simply untenable. Can't find 'old mail,' can't change fonts, can't make a separate window for writing emails. The whole thing is completely USELESS! Please change it back to what it was before you RUINED it!

    AOL really knows how to **** people off. The new version is a complete waste of time. You are trying to cram everything onto a single window, so I have to constantly scroll up and down and side to side to see what I need to see. The old version opened a separated window to read emails which is infinitely better. And users, don't make the mistake of trying to switch to the "basic version" thinking you will be reverted back to the original format, because you will not. The "basic version" is just as useless. Attn: AOL, give us the option of going back to the old format. I have used AOL Mail in excess of 20 years.

    Completely agree. This 'new' version is HORRID! Can't find old email, don't get a second window to write an email, tasteless fonts, stupid spacing. The thing is a COMPLETE DISASTER! Put back the old version!

    I haven't seen ONE comment yet from someone who approves of this new format. GIVE US THE CHOICE!
