    I want to take the time to praise one of your excellent employees...Gandi. He not only is very knowledgeable in his field, but also a very patient and kind human being. I am 81 yeas old and, of course, not proficient in this electronic age. He understood and worked with me to solve my technical problem. Please reward his good work as soon as possible.
