  2. Your "help" line is useless. You need a way to have the customer write an email and send it, instead of making him go thru hundreds of FAQS

    Apparently I've been banned from posting comments on their news site. The tech can't tell me why or how to get in touch with someone about it. I wasn't told I was banned, and I can't think of why I was. I'm not going to continue to pay for something I can't use.

  3. ALL of my posts are "rejected" (cancelled) for the last month. I am Conservative. I am NOT vulgar or inappropriate.

    I can't post in the comment section. I used to pay for AOL, but since they won't let me post then I just cancelled my membership. It's either failed to post or doesn't meet community standards. Which is weird because it said "Have a good day".
