  12. 1/ WHY, in the world, don't u denote the DAY of the week (MON, TUE, WED etc.) in the mssg headers? It's really unorthodox and annoying!!

  20. I suggest you LISTEN TO YOUR USERS. it's clear that you could care less what users want. Ask for feedback and then totally disregard it.
