  1. Please explain EXACTLY why I'm not allowed to make comments. I've been with aol since the days of dial up.

    I have not been able to comment since April. I can 'like' an article but when I try to comment I get the message 'your comment failed to publish. please retry' but the retry doesn't work.
    I am seeing numerous comments about this same problem but I see nothing about how to FIX the problem.......

    Thank goodness someone else if having the same problem! I can 'like' a comment but I cannot comment myself. I get the message 'your comment failed to publish. please retry" but the retry does not work & no way to get fixed or at least an answer except this 'page' which is useless as far as getting help

  3. Suddenly almost all comments are being labeled "may violate community guidelines" regardless of content.

    I got no warning. Suddenly all my comments get is "your comment failed to publish. please retry".....retry does not work.
    Never get an answer to my problem. Only get pushed from one 'helpful area' to another.
