You are dealing with an organization that has deft ears nothing you say or report will obtain a coherent response from AOL. The only solution is to sue for violations of free speech and have them shut down.

Same problem here. I'm a paying AOL user for over 25 years. AOL Help is inept at best. They can't do anything except apologize. They recommend that you do something you have already tried multiple times. It seems that no one is in charge.

Thank goodness someone else if having the same problem! I can 'like' a comment but I cannot comment myself. I get the message 'your comment failed to publish. please retry" but the retry does not work & no way to get fixed or at least an answer except this 'page' which is useless as far as getting help
