    Change the email settings back to the way it was in May 2023 and before that. This new "standard" is absolute garbage. Is anyone reading these? GIVE US THE OPTION TO KEEP ALL OUR SETTINGS THE WAY IT WAS IN MAY 2023 AND BEFORE THAT. IS ANYONE WORKING HERE?

    You have not responded to the 20,000 emails in the past few months since you completely changed the email format and organization in May 2023 with no notice and no option for those of us loyal customers for decades to give any input. Change the email format back to the way it was. The organization, window size, useless dividers in the days of the week in the email, pop up windows, background options are horrible. Seriously, are any employees responding to customer feedback? Where are your employees? Has the person that implemented this garbage organization of email been fired? Are you short staffed? What is the issue?

    I don't even care if you post my comment, just someone change the email format back to the way it was. Months later, the new format is still garbage.

    You have over 10,000 feedback comments on this garbage format that your staff developed for no reason. Change it back to the way it was. The organization and pop ups and placement of everything on the email screen is horrible garbage. Was someone paid to do that? Change it back. CHANGE IT BACK. How many more feedback comments, .... from everyone..... do you need?

    Hi again, So here I am yet again asking you to simply change back ALL the email settings and organization back. The pure incompetence of the staff who developed and created this garbage screen organization needs to be fired. If someone at my place of employment did this, they would be fired for extreme incompetence and ignoring their decades old loyal clients. You do realize that some of us use this platform for BUSINESS communication. You have received over 10,000 and growing NEGATIVE feedback on the incompetent organization, pop ups and overall disaster of the surprised changes to the email organization. My God, this is so cluttered and everything is a complete disaster. Thank God, these changes do not affected doing business emails on my phone for ease of use. Working on my computer with your incompetent changes is a nightmare. Are you reading these? Or has your staff already been fired and that is why nothing has been done to change everything back to the way it was? Surely this is not difficult? You had all the organization format in place already from earlier this year. Change it back for Christ sake.

    Undo the change and reactivate the mail settings we have all used for 30 years. You have 15,000 comments and requests for this in 2 - 3 months and you are just sitting there doing nothing at all. Where is your professionalism? The forced change is completely unorganized, cluttered, cramped window and pop up windows that are completely unnecessary. The original settings were completely the opposite and was wonderful. Seriously, are you on disability and not working? Is anyone reading the feedback for the horrendous changes that were forced on us? That employee or volunteer should be fired. The changes are a mess. My God. Change it back already. The stupid breaks in the inbox with the days of the week are ridiculous and small box window are horrible to name a few. In fact, every single thing you changed is a horrible mess. CHANGE IT BACK.
