The new version is NOT intuitive, options are hard to find, almost hidden... only months later have I discovered one that's only MILDLY useful, and I'm afraid to try other "TOOLS" because they set me back, do things I don't need, and even make some of the site unusable. WE'VE HAD DECADES OF USING AOL, FROM WHEN YOU FIRST STARTED.... NEVER CHANGED TO ANOTHER SERVICE AS OUR MAIN EMAIL BECAUSE AOL HAD THE QUICKEST, EASIEST, MOST EFFECTIVE PLATFORM. THAT'S NO LONGER TRUE!!! PLEASE GIVE US THE OPTION OF RETURNING TO THE CLASSIC AOL.

Had to spend about five minutes trying to figure out how to access an email written earlier then sent to a folder... had to read everything, check everywhere.... just to find out how to find an email sent earlier in the day. Why? Why isn't this simple, clear, obvious, intuitive like AOL used to be? Several times I've tried to do something that used to be done in seconds, only not to be able to do it at all, or now and then ended up losing the email... and what's up with the three dots, upper right? I often need to put an email on the desktop, to abstract/quote/add info & then print. I still have no idea how to do that now with the "new" AOL, & it's one of the essentials I need often, every day, to use incoming information & make it available for later use. I've found workarounds.... awkward... time-consuming... & that's just one example. We were among your first to use AOL. We valued it so much that we continued to pay for AOL for a year, even when there was no charge. I'd pay again, just to have the former, classic, easy-to-use, efficient, helpful, organic, obvious, practical, well-designed, intuitive AOL back again, saving me time AND aggravation every day.
