    I did as well. Tried to switch back but it still the new format. Awful.

    Please change it back. I already spend too much time reading/searching for email. Now that time has more than doubled because of the extra steps required. Awful program.

    Please change it back. This new version is awful. Definitely created by someone who doesn't use email.

  7. This new system is not working for me. Give me my old platform back. Settings to classic this is not my old format.

    I agree ... this new format is horrible. It isn't a case of 'getting used to it' - it is awful. It takes forever to find something. Nothing deletes after being read. I can't scroll to find an older email that I had marked "unread" in order to find it fast. I "move" something to a folder and it stays in my inbox. It doesn't show the time marker for when an email came in - just the date. You have changed EVERYTHING that was great about AOL and have made it so that I will probably start using a different email platform. PLEASE CHANGE IT BACK!
