We don't want AOL to change! Or look like Gmail or Outlook. I want the column headers to sort my emails by name A to Z and click Z to A, or by dates increasing and decreasing without having to go to a sort tab selection! It made it so much easier to clean out my mailbox!!
I liked the spell check, that names would auto populate as you started typing. That I could have the delete column next to the sender column or move the flag column. So many features are harder to use now, if they are even available. And I liked my previous background too!CLAUDIA ROCAFORT

PS. And text changes to see if your clients actually like them!! Or send surveys please! At least give your users the option NOT TO CHANGE so you can keep your customers.
