    Hi there. Please make sure you have the latest update to the UI, One UI 5.1. You can go to your device's settings, tap on ''Software update'' to see if this update is available for you. If it's not, please try again later. Additionally, if you do have this version, please check to have the latest keyboard 5.6.10.25. Settings>General management>Keyboard list and default>Samsung Keyboard>About Samsung Keyboard (bottom of page)>Update.

  17. As many have said, the older format was easier to use. When I go back to read my e mail and what I didn't finish writing back, its lost.

  18. fix new mail disappearing and then reappearing later. Also open email suddenly jumping to next email while reading it.

  19. stop adding extra ads between emails in mobile app. I already pay a premium. I will make a point go never buy anything from these companies.
