    I do everything suggested in the Manage your Spam link, and still get hundreds a week! Why can't the repeat offenders be identified by AOL and simply deleted as soon as it hits your servers?

  2. allow more than 1000 blocked email addresses, allow blocking of all modified email addresses (renter-info, for example)
