  1. Fix new aol mail to make it possible to add new contacts. I've tried it in 3 browsers and 2 computers. Call the help line.Had to switch back

    Just went through the issue of my contact list not functioning at all and all, the six distribution list of contacts disappeared. Could not restore, print, add/delete, or generate a CSV file of contacts. Paid $9.99 for a one-time/month PREMIUM SUPPORT repair service and they fixed my contacts without losing any. (one of 6 dist. list was blown out and has to be repopulated) I have several AOL emails I use, and only one of them was messed up in the system. It was a problem on their end...and they did fix it (for $9.99). Was told that several email accounts had similar problems.

  6. Please do something about the number of spam mails sent daily. it is not unusual to get 30 or more in one day.
