    When we have to call AOL about a problem and the person does not speak English clearly it just adds to the frustration. Please hire help that speaks English as a first language for customers in the USA. I tried calling yesterday about the Google ads taking over my emails and the gentlemen hung up on me. I guess he didn’t know how to help me.

    All of a sudden when I open my emails the small Ad to the right takes over my entire screen and I can no longer read any of my emails. I called AOL last night and I guess the guy didn’t know what to do to help me, so he just hung up on me.
