For crying out loud - stop trying to change how we reply to posts! It was fine the way it was and there's no need to have a pop-up box!
The original way to reply to posts was fine - we just clicked on "Reply" and posted the reply. There is absolutely no need for the stupid box, especially when the darned thing pops up enabling me to reply to myself. Out with the new, go back to the old! As my daughter has said for years, most often when people come out with what they think is new and improved what it really amounts to is new and fu**ed up. After using the Calendar in Gold for several years, this morning all events were deleted and Tech Support is unable to restore.
Develop backup so you can restore my calendar which Tech Support says I deleted.

Why are we paying so much for AOL monthly when services are always being removed
I only stay with AOL (have been on the service for over 20 years) because of my e-mail address and saved e-mails. Other services for free or less let you see if your mail has been read. Can no longer paste animated photos in e-mail (like with the old AOL). Animation no longer works. Choice of fonts for e-mail has been sharply reduced. Artwork was taken away from e-mail. I could go on and on. Never a response to these posts that people put on. All these products AOL offers to members are a revenue source. Free for a very…

Another issue, AOL kick out our nicks, looks like we left and return, wile we still in the chat chatting, is been doing it very often, this is a big mistake from you people.

When I click on an article that says something like "state that uses the most candy" I want to immediately know what state that is!
When I click on an article that says something like "state that uses the most candy" I want to immediately know what state that is without having to click through a bunch of other states before I get to it. It's very annoying and really pi**es me off to the point where I'm ready to just get rid of AOL altogether.

upgrade outlook pst file
I am using an Outlook PST file in which I can access data up to 2 GB, after which I can not save mail or anything else. I have to upgrade this by upgrading it?

Desktop shortcuts
GEEZ LOUISE! Yet ANOTHER unrequested, unwanted, shortcut placed on my desktop today. If I left all of the shortcuts your worse-than-garbage program put on my computer, I wouldn't have room for the shortcuts I WANT on my desktop. One link to your garbage program on my desktop is enough.
Your GOLD program is SO VERY INFERIOR to the previous version, that I have given up and my 25 year membership with AOL ends this week.

OUTLOOK and AOL
AOL is behind the times with the calendar not being compatible with OUTLOOK. It is becoming more and more difficult to continue to use AOL because of this. PLEASE allow your loyal users to continue and not go to Gmail like the rest of the world! I want to stay with AOL. Make AOL calendar compatible with outlook so meeting and calendar invites will go to the outlook calendar automatically. THanks

viantis advertiser had a $5 trial on aol. Tried it didnt work called to cancel the viantis after recieving $89 bill for the free trial bottle. Was told no refund then was given 30% and then after threats of a lawsuit was given %50 back. they should not be on your AOL advertisers. This is a crooked business practice and needs to be corrected.

Desktop Gold, for me, is a disaster.
I today spent a lengthy time on the phone and interactively (Case # 07716500) with a phone rep in the Philippines who insisted the only way to solve horrific problems I was having sending mail with AOL Desktop on a PC (but not with with AOL on my iPad) was to reinstall Gold. First, she claimed that there were limits to the megs in any e-mail I replied to. When I proved to her through the AOL on the iPad that this was not true, she tried to get me to reinstall Gold.
