You locked out further updates, so I'm opening a new feedback
Asking users to call your phone lines for this is insane. You waste users times as well as your phone support people's time.
This a BUG that needs to be fixed, It's lasted for more than two or more releases,
Embedded images in emails saved in DRAFT folder, too often disappear after saving, then reopening.
I've been testing this, it is NOT CONSISTANT! .. Sometimes images can be found an hour later, but will disappear overnight.
