Get immensely better at what you are supposed to be doing
You have been shut off now for 20 minutes and I have no access. Three other browsers are working. This is unacceptable and I will now begin looking for a new source of internet after using AOL solely since getting the internet many, many years ago. ****!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Return to 9.8.2 or create a NEW AOL
AOL GOLD HAS NEVER worked out well - is in "Not Responding" mode always, wasting precious time for users plus many other negative modes that are of no service to users - AOL needs to get rid of AOL Gold & create a new system OR return to any of the old systems, which always worked out fine... thank you

What has happened with your spam control? Every email I have sent is now returning spam from that address

Computer processor is working too hard
My Computer processor is working too hard, making a lot of noise when ever signed on with AOL Gold. What is your software doing to my computer? The processor is constantly working as if it is computing some complex program or downloading / uploading a huge file/ Even if I am doing nothing. As soon as I sign off or shut down AOL Gold the noise goes away. Earlier versions of AOL did not cause the same symptoms. I am being exposed to harmful noise and my computer is being overworked. WHY?

Problem with your phone service
I just tried to call your 888 number and I get the computer voice telling me what to do but when I am transferred to a live person, there is just dead silence after the ringing stops. I tried going in through technical support first and it did it 3 different times and then tried going into customer support in case there was a problem with the technical phones but it happens in both places. So if you don't have anyone fixing your phone service, you have a problem.

I've been on AOL for 26 yrs and I've never seen this msg before today, what does it mean??: Error: Desktop Gold was launched with administrator privileges. Using Desktop Gold with elevated permissions may lead to unexpected behavior and/or a loss of personal data that is saved on this PC. Please close and relaunch the Desktop Gold as a regular user for optimal functionality.

Focus Test Feedback for Themes
I've been testing the new themes in the beta build. Love it so far, but here is one small bug I've found so far:
1) Changing themes sometimes requires a sign out/back in to apply the desktop background. Buttons, widgets, window colors and controls update no problem.

Signing up for an AOL membership benefit has never worked at all for me in 7 years

Can't sign on securely - says your security certificate is out of date
Trying to sign in on my laptop says "This Connection is Untrusted - You asked to connect securely to api.login.aol.com. but we can't confirm that the connection is secure due to a problem with the websites security certificate (Cert Date Invalid) Such problems may indicate an attempt to steal your information.

AOL GOLD: "Ooops, Something Went Wrong" Anybody else get this a lot?
There is nothing wrong with my connection of computer. AOL Gold apparently has built-in glitches that need to be corrected or customers should be reimbursed.

AOL Desktop's Background picture flashing off and on
I reported this as a "bug" the other day but it's still happening so I figured I'd try this. Whenever I delete or move emails, my AOL downloaded home screen picture flashes black and then comes back on. It sometimes happens too when I use the browser and change sites I am looking at. It doesn't happen on other browsers on my laptop, just AOL Desktop Gold. Don't know if anyone else is experiencing this or not but it's been doing this for several days now.
