Problem with your phone service
I just tried to call your 888 number and I get the computer voice telling me what to do but when I am transferred to a live person, there is just dead silence after the ringing stops. I tried going in through technical support first and it did it 3 different times and then tried going into customer support in case there was a problem with the technical phones but it happens in both places. So if you don't have anyone fixing your phone service, you have a problem.

How do we get to on-line technical support? I was calling with a problem with your aol service but can't get anyone on the phone.
