desktop gold mail composing.
On Desktop Gold, when trying to write an email, there are no longer manageable margins. in other words, when typing a line in an email, it keeps going beyond the margins of the email, and when one hits "enter" to go to the next line, one loses sight of the cursor completely, with no means of scrolling to the left. There is no justification whatsoever.
When I spoke to tech support, they are clueless, saying one must go to full page size to write an email. That is not workable.Also, the latest update appears to count words. that is…

Automatic open
AOL now automatically opens the next email. This is dangerous, as it could be spam, etc. We need a way to turn this off, or I am off AOL for good.

Delete key doesn't delete the email I want deleted. Make it work!
Make the "delete" key on my list of emails, WORK!!!!! Now what it does when I click "delete" is bring up the email I wanted to delete. I don't like this at all. I want the delete key to delete the email I don't want to see!!!!

I just talked to tech support to untangle a problem with email i had put on my block list a couple of addresses by mistake and wanted to unblock those addresses tech support walked me though it and had to use another browser to unblock because AOL is in the process of updating their software to make things easier why not update everything all at once? is should be when i need to untangle a mess i could untangle it through AOL and not going the round about way that i didn't know of Norman Kivari member since 1995

On Tuesday, 8/23, I discovered I was hacked. I changed my password, it was accepted by AOL, and I also changed it on my iPhone. Changed the settings as requested by AOL too. Still, even after reporting this as a "bug" THREE TIMES, I haven't gotten ANY new mail since then! Can someone PLEASE let me know how to get my mail?!?!?

I have used AOL Desktop Gold since it started. Up until September 20th. when a new e-mail was delivered to me, it would automatically appear in my NEW folder, which I always keep open on my screen. Now, I hear the sound notification of a new e-mail, but it does not show up in my NEW folder like always. Now I have to refresh the folder, an extra step. How will I know that THERE IS a new e-mail? What if I can't hear the sound notification or have my sound muted? This has only started since a AOL Software…

Suspicious activity keeps blocking my emails
AOL keeps blocking my attempt to send emails as 'suspicious.' They forced me to change my password. I did so. They then again blocked my ability to send emails. I have now changed my password several times with no luck in sending emails. It's a shame because I have had my AOL account for ~30 years. Looks like it is time to say goodbye.

ADG latency
whenever you scroll through the emails it highlights everything the mouse passes through which is annoying. Please provide a fix to remove this feature which just showed up with the latest version 11.0.3316. How come we lost the feature whenever you add a new email address it automatically gets added to the address book, if you could please bring this back.
