Extras? Picture Finder? Allowing address book be on the tool bar?
- Extras: Letter paper choices, Post Cards, etc....
- Picture finer the way it used to be.
- Address book allowed to be on the tool bar!!!!
It used to have a place where you could writer a letter on your email with cute patterns to choose from and send a post card for any occasion on your email. This was such a time saver for me and now it's GONE!!!! These things were under EXTRAS. Now the EXTRAS is void of everything I liked!!

i can understand the frustration with users, especially during peak usage hours
but if the AOL servers can not handle the load than what.
at least i'm trusting you to keep my personal data secure. [as far as i know]
i personally don't know the answer but in light of other developments i think long time customers would feel more comfortable being able to log onto their accounts......

Email update
AOL Gold took out the option of "Mark Read" out of the email options on right click of the mouse. i have always used the "Mark Read" if i dont want to read the mail or have already got the email earlier instead of deleting. it keeps the mail where i want it until i decide to delete a bunch of outdated mail. it is so much easier to mark read than to delete the mail. put it back!!!
