Compact pictures so they will send in a timely manor like the old aol This is horrible how long it takes to send an attachment!

    It takes 20 minutes to send pictures in email. Compact them like the 9.8. You are going backwards not forwards. Give me back my 9.8 Gold SUCKS!

    AOL GOLD techs are not only idiots, but have no idea how to fix this 'made from scratch' desperation program . When AOL was purchased by Verizon (Oath, LLC) they did not get the 9.8 program in the deal. So, now a bunch of mindless twits are scrambling and dropping the ball altogether to come up with something similar to 9.8 but it aint working. Just look at the raft of complaints in this feedback section. Worse yet, is that now they charge for this sh*t? What colossal stupidity.

    Ever since we were forced by AOL into upgrading to GOLD on our entire network of computers we have not been able to compress and upload groups of photos or documents to our AOL email. We have always used this feature both privately and in our business (we are Garden Designers). Currently, with GOLD, I must PULL up the photo files one at a time from the email side using the ATTACH button. This unfortunately does not allow us to compress the files at all, and thus hamstrings our ability to send groups of photos in a single email due to size constraints, often on the end of the recipient who cannot files over a certain size.
    For many years AOL supported this feature in every version prior to GOLD. Please, please please reactivate it! The alternatives are mostly too cumbersome to deal with.

    Compress pictures foe emails so they can be sent in a timely manor please! Gold is going backwards it was not ready to roll out get on fixing it or go back to 9.8
