Sent the following last week and you seem to have fixed--BUT it is back today--- The Favorites list does not clear even if you close it and
You fixed this after I reported it last week, but it is back today. Prior entries on Favorites will not clear so keep going back to same site that was first entered. The Favorites list does not clear even if you close it and reopen - you still have prior selections highlighted. this has happened continually
IT STINKS in the favorites list -- cannot clear previous selections and when choosing new site to go to it will not go there but goes back to previous site. Also can close favorites and still the last site you were on is showing…

Everytime I try to post something about the Favorites you remove it and say it is merged with another post.You don't want to hear about the failure of the Favorites!! Again you don't want to hear what we want to say only you what want to post on here on not!!

Open a new folder then you can move anything from the list into it.
Open a new folder in Fav. Places. It appears on top. Then you can click and move anything from the Favorite list into it.

I HATE the new Gold.
What were you thinking. My favorites all gone! Why? Emails constantly coming up in bottom right corner when I'm trying to do something else. I do NOT need this! I know how to check my email. When I want to permanently delete I used to be able to "select all" and do them all at once. Now, one at a time? This whole new Gold is terrible! If it wasn't broke, why fix it???

Drop down list of last 100 sites is horrendously incomplete
Clicking on the down arrow to the right of the address box USED TO produce a drop down list of the last 100 sites you visited. In this shameful AOL Gold "upgrade", it no longer does that. For some inexplicable reason, you get a drop down list of some randomly chosen previously visited sites. If they are not the last 100 (and they definitely are not), how on earth does that help me? And like I've asked about all the other aspects of AOL Desktop Gold which are WORSE than 9.8.2 - why on earth would your engineers have changed…

1- notified support about organizing favorites -
response - thats the way it is + can not + will not be changed
2 - at same time local news for location contained NO news for location , but contained news from 50 to 12,000 miles away - prior it contained news from local towns + area -
response - reset location , clear cache , cookies , etc . + restart -
- did not change - recontacted , NO response - contacted multiple times + received same scripted USELESS response or no… -

emails getting deleted
Why does my emails get deleted from present date back for a cople of months.
This happens every few months. I'm losing old mail -
when you click on one of your stories, please get rid of the next bar it is so ANNOYING.
GET RID OF NEXT BAR it is not a good idea and I never finish a story. I hope you advertisers realize how annoying it is for the readers
