  1. My preferred name is not showing up but my real first name is, and I don't want that.

    Suddenly today my real first name is showing up when I am commenting on News articles, and I don't want that. I want only my user name, also known as my preferred name, to show.

  2. Need to change multiple settings which are are not available in software

    I get news from the UK especially "Guardian" I rarely get american news feeds. We need a method to change news feeds, not just language. I use AOL desktop gold. Also how can we change temparture from Celius to Farenheit

    WELCOME SCREEN NO LONGER HAS A PAUSE SELECTION - Noticed recently when using the updated software for adg (11.1.5134) as of JULY 2026. Unable to reverse the update.
