Cannot " collapse " the toolbar
Before gold , we could hide the icons in the toolbar .Now when you type toolbar into KeyWord ,it gives you an aol search

Mich lottery now requires location be turned 'on'
How do I turn it on for AOL Gold browser? It is on in W10 and Edge but Gold browser doesn't function without in being 'on'.

Every E-mail sent should send "YOU HAVE MAIL" after 1st clicks don't work
Set back to "YOU HAVE MAIL" each and every one we get! Clicks don't wake me up running a business, I depend on them.

increase group member number allowed to a certain max. and let the customer know the options
right now I can't add a person on my certain group because of your limit, I wish you can expand it to more numbers of people in a group. -

OUTLOOK and AOL
AOL is behind the times with the calendar not being compatible with OUTLOOK. It is becoming more and more difficult to continue to use AOL because of this. PLEASE allow your loyal users to continue and not go to Gmail like the rest of the world! I want to stay with AOL. Make AOL calendar compatible with outlook so meeting and calendar invites will go to the outlook calendar automatically. THanks

Image preview option
When I attach a picture to an email, it becomes embedded in the email and can be seen as an attachment and a picture in the email. I never had this problem before with the old AOL Desktop, and I found out that there's no option to not have the image preview disabled. My clients are seeing this as annoying and I would like an immediate fix.

I JUST FOUND OUT WHY AOL DOESN'T LET US BLOCK JUNK MAIL.--THEY WANT US TO PAY FOR IT. JUST 10 BUCKS A MONTH. ANY IDEAS ANYONE?
let's not pay for AOL--because they don't do anything for us--like: you have to PAY an EXTRA $9.99 a MONTH to block SPAM email!

I"m getting this error more and more, I have reported it before and the standard answer is to call the gold team. Why so I can stay on hold for hours at a time? Make my blood pressure go up even more. This was never an error message before, it is now, so what the **** is the problem?
